Terrible quality
I recently ordered two quilt covers from their website to the UAE. They have just arrived and while the prints are beautiful, the quality of both quilts is extremely disappointing.
The cotton fabric is very thin and feels fragile, to the point that I cannot imagine it withstanding normal wear and tear over time, especially given the price point. This was not what I expected based on how the products are presented online.
I’ve attached a few photos for reference. Interestingly, the quality of the pillowcases from the same order is good, which makes the difference in fabric quality of the quilts even more noticeable.
Furthermore upon first usage I notice a hole in one of the quilts and the zipper being broken!
Tried reaching them via email, no response and via instagram they are stalling. It’s been two weeks and they haven’t responded! Stay away from this company the quality is terrible.
