Disgraceful and dishonest

Paack Portugal is the most disgraceful, dishonest delivery company I've ever had to deal with. Every time we learn that they are going to deliver something we expect the worst. For example, earlier this week they delivered a package by throwing it over the fence, today they claimed to have delivered a package to our (detached) house when they hadn't. Endless problems with Paack, disgusting company.
