This company has potential but also a long way to go

I really wanted to give this company a higher score because they are fairly new and local to me.

I was more or less satisfied by the call messages actually sent to me by the company. Unfortunately, when the invoice came at the end of the month, it became apparent that over two thirds of the calls received went unreported. It also appears some simply went unanswered without reason.

Only circa 10 out of 24 "chargeable" calls were reported to me at the time, with a total of 36 calls received over the month. When I raised the issue, I finally received a full report of a calls. There was also a report of a call not being answered because it was "short_abandoned" when it was actually long enough for the caller to be redirected through to voicemail AND they left a message.

It seems that any call not answered is automatically detailed as "short_abandoned”.

When I raised this with the company, we found that this call was made out of hours and it seems it should have been listed as such, as other were. This made me question how accurate the other records were.

When I insisted that they inform me of all chargeable calls at the time received, I was given very poor attitude and told that they don’t usually even give out the spreadsheet I had received. Ultimately, we had to terminate the contract. We can’t have people attempting to call with no response from us for a month. Just because a client doesn’t leave a message doesn’t mean they don’t expect a call from us.

We set up with a new call handing service within the week. Unfortunately, not as local, but they do report each call charged for at the point the call is made - whether a message is left or not.

In short: this is a service with potential but they need to improve how they work with their clients to properly understand how their service needs to perform

Flexibility, competitive and effective

I found the flexibility and the ability for me to set it up in minutes, get it going in a few days and as my model changed turn it off again.

I am an Australian business who due to the changes in business in my sector, I needed help transitioning my support while I exited the market without my current clients being impacted..
Rob was especially helpful. His advice about my potential approaches was refreshing and straight to the point... so all in all I was impressed.

I have already started a conversation about a similar role with PA Pro with another business I am looking at setting up and honestly, I would be crazy without using PA Pro as a startup stepping stone...

I managed to get my deal done and while I was stepping sideways this team took total control and in fact their ability to save me money and time added to the ability for me to exit my business promptly with little or no obvious impact.

Best outsourse experience I have had in a long time.

Call answering no longer a concern for us.

Engaged with PA Pro during lockdown to initially help cover for furloughed staff but the service has proved to be excellent and as we all gradually get back to some sort of normality we will continue to work with them so we can focus on recovery and moving the business forward.
