This is a Russian guild operating in the US. Their players are skilled, polite, and very professional. When they started they were excellent, polite, and competitive price wise. Lately, as their service became more popular greed became more important than customer service. Their raids are crowded with buyers, which reduces the chance of obtaining loot through PL system. Their prices became higher with little room to negotiate .. Their skype operator is extremely rude and unprofessional. supply and demand. I think the basic rule is: no one is too big to fail. When greed trumps customer service, it's a matter of time before the market punishes the business. I think there is an opportunity for US based builds to take the market back. I strongly suggest you keep your business with US based guilds.

The quality of our service and customer service comes first. We have some of the best players and teams on the market, we provide quality boosting service, which is why our services cost as much as they cost. We always take exactly the number of customers in the raid that prevent us from wipes. Also the amount of people in the raid doesn't affect the PL option in any way, for example if a player supposed to get 2 items from 9 bosses, he will get them in 10 man raid or even 30 man raid, no matter how many people are in the raid. We don't undertake all the orders in a row to earn more money, we assess the risks and whether there are intersections with the interests of other clients, and therefore sometimes we refuse to do so. We always honestly and openly tell you, if something we can do or cannot.

Seamless run killed last 3 bosses of EP heroic with ease. Fast and easy highlight recommend.
