We have been using this company for the past 12 months - basically as we were a startup and needed an easy and affordable option however they have been the worst, most unprofessional, unaccountable company I have ever had to deal with. We made approximately 30 orders with them and 80% of our labels/cards came back incorrect. The material was wrong, the printing was off center, the products were second rate. They would not be accountable for any of there mistakes trying to tell us it was our artwork - IT WAS NOT. I would highly recommend anybody to STAY AWAY from this company - even as a start up.

Really disappointed with the quality stickers that have arrived today. I ordered PVC and they would not last even one week on an indoor glass application. I also thought these guys were local however my order got shipped from South Korea. What a waste of money and also a waste of 1000 stickers. PVC is suppose to mean stickers are durable. My kids get stronger stickers in Lolly bags.

Wow . So helpful. I was new at this and wondered how the stickers would work out. I put my trust in the team and they offered me great advice along the way .... the product was just what we wanted .

The process was very easy. Upload your artwork and I requested a PDF proof (which I highly recommend to do) and they offer really affordable sticker printing. I shopped around and settled for this company and I'm so glad I did. It took less than a week to have my stickers delivered and the quality is amazing. I am definitely going to order some more! Customer service is also responsive and helpful!

I recently received my gold vinyl stickers and I must say, I am 100% satisfied. The quality of the product met and exceeded my expectations. These guys are pros and I will definitely come back for a repeat order. Awesome!

After being a week late, the colour of the dome stickers did not match the proof. Not even close. It looks like the printed sticker had no magenta in it and the dark blue colour I used had at least 50% magenta. I gave them the opportunity to correct but they declined to reprint saying the colour difference was acceptable. Well Oz Sticker Printing Company, it is not acceptable and you need to look at you work practices to do a better job and look after your customers over and above the small amount it would cost to reprint. Shame on you! First time customer, last time customer! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

It has been close to a year since my nightmare with Oz Sticker Printing. Now that I have another printing specialist to make a comparison with, I felt as if I was rescued from the depths of hell. Goodness gracious, you don't realise how awful a company's negative practices are until you encounter an exemplary competitor. I recommend Fast Printing if anybody needs to outsource their dome sticker jobs. Trust me, I manage a print company myself.

I'll start this review from what they sent to me on email after the sticker came back incorrect

"At StickerCanada, we take pride in ensuring our customer’s satisfaction. Unfortunately, we did not meet your—or our own—expectations, especially to the color of your stickers.
Upon thorough review and discussion of our Production, the color is actually a characteristic of our digital print."

After this reply to an email, they had admitted they did not meet their own expectations. They offered me a discount on my next purchase. Why would I get a discount when they couldn't get the first one right? I should not be paying for their mistakes.

Also, note this is sticker Canada, they are not Australian based, so who knows how or where they are getting this done.

1 star is too much for this terrible company. Absolutely awful to deal with!! ordered transparent sticker with white ink, when sticker is used you cannot actually see the print. Refused reprint or refund and instead offered pictures of other people they have done this to as an excuse. What an awful experience!! If you can't do it just admit like an ethical business and refund us! Why are you clinging on to our hard earned money without giving us proper and good products in exchange? I practically threw money into your bank for no reason!

EDIT: WHAT NONSENSE ARE YOU SPOUTING?
I WAS unhappy and angry, BUT now I am ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS.

You gave me the liberty to choose the design, and even colours. So I chose white. WHITE. What can go wrong with white? Is it MY FAULT that you decided to save on white ink and give me a FADED WHITE? Is it MY FAULT that what you printed is nowhere close to the sample which you had sent me? EVERYTHING was decided by ME, you say? Who in their right mind would decide that they want to print FADED WHITE stickers???

OzStickerPrinting, your reply is extremely disappointing, it is HORRIFYING. Blatantly spouting nonsense and PRETENDING to provide good customer service appears to be what you are best at. Now I'm even wishing that you hadn't responded to me and had just left this matter hanging, because the impetuous side of me is urging me to make a complaint to the ACCC. Unbelievable.

Worst company to deal with on large quantity they stuffed me around big time and when it was their fault they didn't make it a priority and just making excuses and rather trying to resolve it they just dealt with it as normal matter and to send the labels they didn't care it was urgent and posted it to what suit them not what customer needs... they not based in Sydney they virtual company based in Korea so to post labels it will take more than 5 days not like they have on their website urgent & fast turnaround.

Their manager won't talk to you and apparently in meetings 8 hours a day which is a lie because I can hear her on the background telling them what to tell me.

I can't recommend OzStickerPrinting enough! They provide a great service and I have been really happy with the business cards and stickers they have printed for me. Oz Sticker Printing provided an easy order process, and customer service team ensured I was advised of all options in selecting the most suitable material and order outcome. I will definitely use these guys again.

Used these guys repeatedly for my business' sticker needs and they were just fantastic. One run (out of 5 or 6) had issues with colour matching but when i brought it to their attention after delivery very they were super helpful and reprinted for me. I'll continue to use them in the future for all my sticker printing needs. Highly recommended!
