Service very good arrived in very good…
Service very good arrived in very good time. Had problems with lock nuts not fitting cap screws supplied. Also had to modify mounting brackets by cutting of top of brackets to fit my awning and make the top hole in brackets into a slot to match the mounting bolts on awning. Probably best if bracket was left blank and drilled own holes to suit awning. and just a straight mounting bracket without the angle section on the top which I had to remove because of wide of awning metal mounting backing

So sorry to hear you didn't know how to fit your awning with the brackets. All the information about the product is available on the website, including a PDF diagram to check if the bracket and awning you're installing will be compatible. By modifying the bracket you incur not just in warranty problems, but you can affect the design and potentially create a structural problem. The design satisfied a variety of purposes, my suggestion instead of leaving a unfair review would be contact with me cause I could probably help with the installation.

I purchased 10 roof rack brackets for my Toyota Coaster, and so happy, brackets are perfect. A brilliant company to purchase from, prompt, professional, very helpful, great products, with super fast postage. Highest recommendation

Quality product, fantastic service.
Really happy with our brackets and roof bars for our Hiace Van. As soon as I opened the box I could see that the brackets were exceptional quality. Pedro was very helpful. If you want good quality products I would highly recommend Ozroofracks.
