From frustration to relief
I have been driven mad by fruit flies for weeks and no matter what I tried to be rid of them, there they were again! Your ad was like a message from Heaven with all the information about the life cycle. I coudn't get moving quickly enough to get my order off. I had a little problem changing my payment details, which frustrated me, but persisted until it worked and all followed quite smoothly. Almost immediately I received an email from you and things were underway. Thank you so much and cannot wait to set Ozoori up and be freed from these pesky flies forever.
I ordered four ozoori units - 1 arrived dead & no response from customer service
I ordered four ozoori units. One arrived dead and unable to charge. The other three charged once and then wouldn’t charge again.
Left a message for Ozoori customer service via their provided email address and haven’t heard a word from them since. That’s been about 10 days ago now. When I submitted request for support, at the time I only knew one item simply wouldn’t take a charge or turn on. As it tuned out and is later noted in these comments, the other three units failed to take a charge and turn back on. Effectively, I paid for and have four pieces of useless junk.
No other avenue found to request support…
Save your time and money - don’t buy the product. I have to wonder how much money the various magazines that were shown as endorsements were paid for their reviews?
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: when opening the boxes I noted that the “inspection/inspected” box on the multilingual “manual” for what I presume is for quality control on each item was empty. No “Ozoori” name on the product, just “pretty pictures” and the product description of “deodorizer.” Also, no packing slip with the delivered devices that provided information on my order itself, nor what was shipped or who shipped them. Absolutely no information at all and nothing in/on the boxes telling who sent it, or any information about how to reach out if there were issues. Nothing but pretty pictures.
If this doesn’t look like or smell like a scam, I can’t think of any better indication of one…
Double order mistake
I went through the order process on my phone up until the submit. I checked my pc for more information and reviews about the product. I went back and completed my phone order for 4 units.
very soon after that I received a confirmation message that my order was executed! Really fast! But then I also received another message that my order with another number was also executed! The second order was a mistake and I immediately tried to cancel it! Response was rapid and the customer service people were polite and said I'd get a refund. But my credit card record showed I was billed twice for over $300. I sent multiple messages and always got a nice response. But yesterday, about 2 weeks later, I got two packages, both my original order and another one. When I asked how could I return the second one and get a refund, I got this survey request. It might be advisable for the company to wait a few hours after they send the confirmation email to start an order. This would give the customer a few minutes to cancel if there had been a mistake.

I ordered one, charged for three
I ordered one, you sent three. When I completed my order, I wrote what was on the order in my planner, which said $49.00 as I track my spending. I went into my bank account in less than an hour to see you already charged me $130.00 I called immediately, spoke with a man who said he would adjust it. No change, called again the next day, spoke w/ a female she also said the same. Then last week you sent me an email thanking me for my order. What order was that? Your response to my messages was to say it had been sent and could not be changed. If your company is honest at all you know you could have corrected it after my phone calls, you did not. I want a refund and it is frankly wrong for me to have to pay shipping to return what I said I did not want.

I asked for the address to return the product and don’t have it yet. The instructions were in several languages but not English. You have to plug it in.

The product is satisfactory but the purchase process was not.
It was confusing so much so that I inadvertently purchased TWO sets of three deorodizers, recognized the error five or so minutes later, tried to cancel one order and was told it was too late to do so.
