I bought an item from Ozerty Uk only to find out that, of course, they are actually in China. They added an eco charge of nearly £16 to my order without my knowledge. This was more than the cost of the goods! I only became aware when I received the order confirmation email. Despite my requesting to cancel, they refused and I eventually received the items several weeks later. They now tell me they will only refund on return and then they will refund the value of the goods only, excluding the so called eco charge! I have since found very many reviews saying exactly the same thing has happened to them. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

I looked at this site, unfortunately. For a watch for my mother. It was only £9, and about £3 for delivery. It asked for my bank card, which i put in.
I was then taken to another screen, which wanted just under £30 for delivery. I tried to exit the site.
I immediately became suspicious, and checked my bank, and £28.33 has been debited!
I did not confirm the order.
I have contacted the company and bank.
Absolute frauds. AVOID.

Pity you can’t award no stars. This company advertised the product I bought at one price plus free shipping. The charge on my credit card was roughly double the price I had authorised - the price I thought I was paying plus unexplained “services”. They refused to cancel the transaction.
I have had long conversations with Barclaycard but this is going to take a while to resolve.

I have yet to receive my recent order from this company but already it has turned sour. I bought an item for £8.98 but also incurred an eco charge of £13.95 bringing the total to £22.93!!! Please beware these people are out to rob you!!! I contacted them about this & they said that I must of authorized it for the order to go through. They then sent me a copy of the order & the eco charge is shown under delivery options but the actual charge is not shown. I will be contacting my bank to sort this out but please if you order anything from them & it’s under £20 be prepared to have this charge smacked in top!!! BEWARE!!!

This just happened to me.
This just happened to me. I ordered 2 items (one order). Totaled 45$ and some change. I was then charged 16$ additional charge. My one item was 24$ and the other 19.85$. They split the order so it was two orders and since one item was 19.85$ they added the extra charge. I contacted them. I wanted my extra surcharge returned as my total order was way over their 20$ minimum. Their solution, I can return the items once I get them.

Fraudulently charged my card £29.99 every four months without my consent
I'm usually careful online but got badly bitten. I purchased an item from Ozerty last year, the extra costs were a surprise but I just shrugged and got on with it.
Turns out, since then, without my consent, they've been charging my card £29.99 every four months! Because it's a relatively small amount, I just haven't noticed until my bank queried the last charge and then at my request blocked my card.
Overall, I've lost £90 with them so far (am now trying to get a backdated refund through my bank, we shall see). I'm assuming contacting them for a refund will be pointless.

When I asked for a refund I was told I had to send them back to CHINA at my cost, when they were purchased from Ozerty.usa.com. After I brought this to their attention, their next offer was to keep the shoes and only get a 50% refund. Needless to say they are not customer service oriented, and I will not be purchasing anything from them again. I should have checked the reviews first.

WARNING! This is a Fraud company.
I strongly recommend NOT doing business with Ozerty.
I ordered 2 items and after entering card information and approving the order amount, you are greeted with pop-ups offers for more items. You should probably expect that it doesn't matter if you click Yes or No. An additional order will surely be created.
Thus, Ozerty created 2 orders and shipments for items that I did not request or approve. And 16,- Eur. was added subsequently. The order I approved was 30,- Eur. But 80,- Eur. was withdrawn from my account. It is not possible to get in touch with the company. Their email contact that promises a response within 24 hours only responds 5 days later. And they do not respond to what you write in the email. They would not cancel the order and you have to send the items back to an address in China at your own expenses. (I received the items from Sweden) This is Fraud!

I placed an order and upon review, realized that the Country/State was shown as Cadiz....which is in Spain. I live in the USA! I tried to call....with no success. No way to leave a message. I sent an email and received a response the next day. Despite the fact that you are told it will take several days to received the ordered product...they supposedly filled and shipped the order immediately...to Cadiz, Spain!!!??? Even the Post Office will verify that the address is a deliverable address. DON'T Order from this entity!

Within two hours of placing an order on 12 July, my banks fraud department contacted me and asked if I had authorised a transaction for £24.98 with Ozerty - answer yes, then another one with Ozerty for £0.00, answer no, then another one with Ozerty for another £0.00 (yes both for no value), answer no. The bank immediately cancelled my card because of suspicious use by Ozerty. I tried to cancel my order with Ozerty, but as other reviewers have found out - you can't, wait until it arrives and then you can return it !!! The order has arrived today (12 days), which looks OK, and after an email from them informs me that it has been delivered, another email arrives offering me a £5 voucher because my order is taking longer than expected - I will not be redeeming this. Looks like my bank have protected me from possible unwanted debits, which I note other reviewers have had. I wish I had taken the bother to read reviews of this company before buying from them and will not be using them again.

Rang My bank they picked up that transaction on credit card was Ozerty not Amazon, they believed it was a scam as even though I was charged £20 extra for postage the return address on package was Cannock UK. Also to check with TrustPilot to make sure site was genuine before purchase. Good advice.
Had email from Amazon today they can’t trace order and told to deal with my bank. They don’t seem bothered that this outfit is a scam and trading as Amazon shop.
Ongoing claim with bank now for a refund.
