They are spamming with me to try to convince me to purchase my cart without having an unsubscribe button in the email so I can't stop the emails from coming.

Scam!

I ordered products for 250kr, it was showing the cost 250kr in the payment process but got the order confirmation that it charged 439kr! Because 189kr is ”tjänster” cost! WTF!?!

I tried to contact customer service but no answer!

Wish I seen this before ordering! Scam ! Adding some hidden additional service fee even though delivery stated to be free.

DONT BY FROM THEM!! I did not finish my order with them and they still charged me and refused to answer my emails about cancelling the order. This is a scam company.

Phone has autoreply and no problem solutions.

Complete fake! I ordered a product of 125 sek, the amount stayed exactly the same while I was paying but my credit card was charged and extra of 189sek for "Tjänster" which was unclear what they were and they were not in the payment process either.

For 45 sec i payd 245 sec. First We should check the companyon trustpilot.

Its total fake! Showing one amount on the shopping cart and charging higher to the card. It seems their strategy is to mislead customers by having a web url which has sverige, dk, it etc on it making it look authentic.

Keep your distance from this company.I got straight up scammed by them,extra charges for things I DID NOT click on.I actually didnt go all the way with the order but it was placed anyway with extras ,about 10 mins later.Contacted them and they basically said too bad,your not getting the money back.This is my second review on this issue which trustpilot removed.Funny that,make of it what you will.Whos doing what on this site
I will be making an official complaint to Konsumentverket.I see many people having the same issue,I dont know how its even legal to do what they do

I want to cancel my order OZ28326SE as payment was included for some tjänster for 189 sek, which I didn't know when I paid. I want to cancel the order and get my money back. If you don't answer me I will contact the Konsumverket.

Was about to make my order with supposed free shipping, just to find that the shipping time was over 2 weeks and the other option cost more than what I was going to order. I then closed the site only to find out that they ordered it for me with the most expensive shipping option. They won't answer my mail to cancel the order and their phone service dosent exist. Avoid this terrible company.

Ozerty did a second debit on my credit card 5 days after I bought from the site and I've asked twice why and that I wanted my money back.
They doesn't bother to answer and my credit company blocked my card but the damage was already done.
I will never order from this site again and I've told all my friends and family to never set eyes on this crappy company!
