Would have given negative rating if there was an option. I placed an order for around £4 and they charged me £18 instead. They ask for credit card details at the beginning. Thereafter try to sign you up for additional 'unwanted' options which I declined. In spite of that they still ended up charging 'services' (whatever that means). I tried cancelling within 10 minutes of placing order and they say it is too late and do not wish to refund, I have since reported them to ACTION FRAUD and raised a dispute with the credit card provider.

The mistake I made was that I should have checked reviews first as I note unusually low scores possible, which says it all.

Update: The credit card company involvement has resulted in ozerty reversing the full charge. They still claim that charges were transparent and have sent a screen clip. To be honest, I never came across that during the order process.

(Anyone else caught up with similar scam tactics, please report them to the relevant authorities with all evidence available. Such bogus companies should never be allowed to operate freely).

I had things sitting in my cart and after a few minutes it automatically went through. The cart was for $23AU but the charge was $53AU.
I quickly emailed them and was told they couldn't do anything and to wait until the items arrived and then they will refund me. After 3 weeks the lip balms arrived. I didn't open them and immediately emailed them to refund and return them. The emails were generic and I wasn't getting anywhere. I finally contacted my bank and informed them that they took my money without authorisation and after 2 weeks the bank got my refund.
Once the money went back in I opened the parcel and the lip balms were empty. It was only the honey pot with nothing inside....
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I am writing this review to warn others about the terrible experience I had with Ozerty. I ordered a product that was supposed to be of high quality, but what I received was extremely poor and far below the standards they promised. The product quality is terrible, and it is clearly sourced from China despite any claims otherwise.

The delivery was another major issue. They promised a delivery time of 3 days, but it took a staggering 3 weeks for my order to arrive. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of regard for their customers.

When I tried to return the item, I faced further frustration. Ozerty charged me between £15 to £25 for the return service, which is outrageous. They refused to provide a refund, making the return process even more painful. This level of service is unacceptable and shows that they do not care about their customers once they've taken their money.

In light of my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid buying from Ozerty. Their product quality is poor, their delivery times are misleading, and their return service is costly and unhelpful. I believe it is important to stop them from selling their products in Europe to prevent others from going through the same ordeal I did.

Please take this review seriously and think twice before purchasing anything from Ozerty.

Beware of this company!
They will add charges you will not see until its to late, no matter what you do.
Then you can not stop the parcel, in spite of what you write to them.
If you write to them that you will not pay double or triple the price (which is what will happen) you have to pay for the return of the parcel to China by yourself (and it is expensive) because they do not supply any return-ticket.
And then they do not re-fund you anyway...
They use all the trick in the book, and then some.

I ordered a some make up from them on-line. The make up was £7.14. I paid by bank card. When I pressed accept another 19.00 came up after or as I was pressing the accept button. I've read the reviews for the eye make up and so many people havevbeen charged vast amounts of money. I have a screen shot of this. They are taking my reviews off and putting false statements about how good the product is since then. They deleted this the previous time. As they can. Do you have a reference to all complaints before they are submited

Do not shop with Ozerty.
Fraud and deceit

Shop somewhere else for your own sake if you value your money and time. Company charged and shipped items placed in basket, but without my final acceptance of the offer and without acceptance of payment. Even though I complained on the same day that I received the order confirmation, for the offer that I did not accept.
