Overpriced and unreliable. After living in London for more than 10 years, I am absolutely shocked that this price hike is allowed to continue, every year there is a price increase of ~5-6% or mor... See more

TFL website info not reliable on industrial action days.
Why can’t TFL be honest and tell customers that there’s no guarantee the service they require will be available on Industrial action days. Londoners may already know this but people travelling from outside London rely solely on the TFL website for accurate information.
We had a long planned theatre trip this evening and checked the TFL website this morning. It confirmed that the Victoria line was not affected. However, this changed this afternoon. It now shows no service after 8pm on multiple lines including the Victoria line. So, too late to change tickets or get a refund. Not acceptable!
A deeply unsatisfactory service!
A deeply unsatisfactory service. The strikes disrupt the schedules of countless of commuters across London. The right to strike must be exercised responsibly, and it cannot reasonably override the rights of the public who, ultimately, fund the system through their fares. If staff do not wish to work, they should simply resign so that those who are unemployed and willing to perform the role are given the opportunity to work. The situation is untenable and shows little regard for the people who rely on the London underground.
The worst authorities of transport for…
The worst authorities of transport for the last three years.
Authorities do not care about people who have to go to work.
Transport strikes none stop.
Buses that half full do not stop but the ones that full do stop and try to get more passengers.
No buses for half an hour that should be coming every 5 minutes and than comes 5 at once.
Buses get terminated in the middle of journey for no clear reason when the bus is full of passengers.
Roads repair none stop, same road gets closed 3 times in the same month.
Prices are high to pay for travel but no consistency in service.
It is the most disappointing service in London.
Does London Mayor Mr Khan cares to fix the problem or he is only good at speeches?
Another "fire alarm" in the South Acton area.
Perhaps there is one, or perhaps Overground staff felt jealous of the strike, or maybe this was their way of avoiding work without actually going on strike. Either way, there’s always a fire alert in this area.. Much "coincidence"
Poor service on the phone
Poor service on the phone. Someone just stuck me on hold and then hung up. Called back again and got passed around 3 times before getting through to someone who i hung up on me again.
I’m confused
I’m confused,
I tapped on the bus with my oyster at 14:30 in Forest Hill. Get to Camberwell and tapped again at 14:50 I was charged twice. I thought it’s £1.75 for the hour?

My review wasn't accepted because …
My review wasn't accepted because it contained inappropriate language so how else do you want me to explain my infuriating experience with fng tfl signal failure every other day train cancellation every other day what does that even mean it would be nice to explain to the passengers 11 years I've travelled with tfl and been thoroughly disappointed. In this day and age there is no improvement. Get that sht khan to invest in new signals so they don't body Fail.

Appalling service and extortionate prices
Appalling service and extortionate prices. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a monthly travelcard only for the service to be disrupted by strikes with no financial compensation for the user. Furthermore, the maintenance of the lines is disgraceful. On the Piccadilly Line, signalling problems are constant, which is incomprehensible given the volume of commuters and TfL's budget. It is a complete rip-off to hike fares while the quality of service continues to plummet
Really impossible
Really impossible - bugs on Transport for London account opening and errors meaning you cant recreate an account if you have already used your phone number or email and you get an error.
No phone line - Ive tried for 5 days now.
I guess they just dont want you to drive in London.
I'll stay away. It's a shame as I have two kids who live there and I want to help with their flat move. So stupid.
Oyster Card
There does not seem to be many good reviews, probably due to the wait on line so customers are probably already fired up from frustration by the time they speak to someone. I have to say that once speaking to customer services I have always found them very helpful and particularly today when speaking to Martin who got the wheels in motion to resolve my problem. One has to understand there will always be some delay between departments, i.e. IT which can take longer to resolve which is understandable, so a little patience goes a long way!
The blackwall tunnel website is awful
The blackwall tunnel website is awful! Went through Monday, tried to pay Tuesday, thought autopsy would cover it. Not clear at all, PCN issued, I tried to do the right thing and got stung £180 or a bargain of £90 if paid in 14 days. Thanks useless TFL
👎 CUSTOMERS USE YOUR RUBBISH SERVICE…
👎 CUSTOMERS USE YOUR RUBBISH SERVICE BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE CARS
( I was on holiday in Paris for 3 weeks and I never felt so stressed out about transportation, everything was on time so why in the UK you are rubbish at transporting passengers)
🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑
I had a Doctors appointment which I missed because of the 318 bus, this route is extremely unreliable, I find myself struggling with this bus as it never comes on time and the bus stops are way to far away, by the time I walk to the main road it is 6 minutes and then I need to walk an extra 5 minutes to reach the bus stop so when I see it, it’s honestly GONE, furthermore, it will take an extra 20 minutes to wait for another one if it does come eventually, I have no other bus option so I am stuck in the middle of Nowhere. Please adjust the bus timing to at least every 10 minutes as people NEED TO TRAVEL and it’s unfair that people live in the middle of nowhere and cannot travel because of bus delays, it’s ridiculous and unacceptable in 2026.
Funny enough, I went to your website to complain, as I finished filling all the details then ready to submit there’s an error message coming up, how convenient for YOU GUYS 😊
I Want a Refund for the stress caused
7th April 2026 bus driver didn’t stop at the stop
7th April 2026, 407 bus to Sutton town centre didn’t stopped at bus stop “sv” on purely way towards Beddington. Time 23:50. TFL is Awful.
Where to start? Awful website made intentinally poor to create PCNs. TFL the mafia let to run rampant, ridiculously high prices for transport and the delivery of service is awful. Honestly these services are not for living people anymore, if you can just avoid london entirely.
Impossible to login to account.
Always same problems. Impossible login to account. Terrible.
TfL is basically a legalised mafia
TfL is basically a legalised mafia. Their website is appallingly designed — navigating it is a complete nightmare. Everything about it feels deliberately engineered to maximise profit and squeeze every last penny out of ordinary people. At this rate, it would not be surprising if they started charging people a fee just for making a payment. This organisation operates like a malicious cancer — spreading through every part of daily life and draining people at every opportunity.
Expensive for nothing.
Expensive for nothing.
Delays, cancellations. No costumer service as well. Shameless service
