Worst customer service

This is probably the worst customer service ever. To get a refund you have to wait I don't know how many working days since the day they received the return, yet the refund isn't credited to you until God knows when! They're the most useless customer service I've found to be honest! I usually buy stuff from Oysho as they're quite nice, but the customer service and refund policy is putting me off of doing so in the future. Please do not buy from them if you think you'll need to return it as you won't get your refund until months later! Shocking.

Update 21/06: still no refund as suspected, they're still "investigating" where the refund is... I'm literally fed up with this customer service, so please trust the negative reviews here which are all basically referring to the poor customer service and the lack of respect for the customers who want their money back and can't still have it after 1 month of having returned the goods.

The WORST customer service experience…

A horrible customer service experience both in-store
and via email correspondence. It has been over 2 months and my refund for a faulty item has not been processed.
I was given the wrong item size in-store by the clerk and they have refused to exchange or allow me to return it. I have even requested I send it to them at my own cost so that they can process a refund and I can repurchase it in my desired size and they refused.

On this same visit I was sold a faulty top and this is what has taken such a long time and over 21 emails to try and gain a refund.

Horrible experience.

Partial refund for full return

Order turned up quickly and as ordered. I ordered two sizes but liked neither so returned both. However I have only be refunded for one. Both dresses were in the same parcel.

Sent me dirty clothes

Ordered four items, 2 out of 4 were dirty. Spent 3 hours in chatt with them, talked to 3 different people, have to tell all of them the same story and information, sending tons of photos of the dirty clothes.
DO NOT order online, you will get dirty clothes, have to talk to customers service for hours, then wait for them to pick it up because they can come whenever within 72 hours so you need to make sure you are home, and wait even longer for your refund. They could save me days of waiting if they just let me put the clothes in the trash. They do not care about their customers.

Tried to return two items within the…

Tried to return two items within the returns policy but the QR code I received from OYSHO was not valid. I called customer service, and they said they will send me a new qr code. Unfortunately I never received this and now it is over the date of return and they have declined to accept the return. They did not accept responsibility for their error and despite numerous phone calls and follow ups, I never heard from them again.
Really disappointing as the clothes are great quality, it's a shame the customer service is not up to the same standard.

A nightmare

Worst experience ever. I've returned a product more than 10 days ago and still haven't received my money back.
The customer service chat is a nightmare, they ask you to wait and then log you out without any answer. Terrible.

Good luck getting your money back if…

Good luck getting your money back if they charge you without sending the order. I’ve been calling and emailing them for over a month now for an order they never sent due to an error in their system and I’ve sent them all sorts of evidence that I have been charged, including screenshots from my bank app and transaction number which I got after waiting for 30mins on the phone. They owe me over £70 and to be honest I am not sure if they will ever return this money to me. On top of that, their customer assistant just hanged up the phone on me because I was complaining about this and asking for a solution, not just a ‘wait for our finance team to look into this’. Your finance team is supposedly looking into this for over a month!!

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. I was a week late in returning some items due to a family member contracting Covid so had to self isolate for a week away from home. They refused to refund the money despite several attempts at explaining what had happened. I was happy to take a credit note or gift voucher instead of a refund but no sympathy nor consideration unlike Next who fully refunded me without hesitation. Will never buy anything from Oysho ever again nor will my daughters. Dreadful petty mean company.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. I had problems with the discount code offered by the Oysho newsletter and seek for help from the customer service via online chat. The customer service did not solve the problem but kept questioning whether I did things correctly. I did follow the correct steps but it did not work. This is unhelpful and fraudulent. I will not bother about buying from this company.

Will never buy again from this company

Terrible customer service. I placed an order with 3 items size S, received an email saying that one of them was cancelled as it was out of stock. I contacted them to exchange the size, as the M was in stock, so they could send it instead of cancelling. They said that wouldn't be possible, so I had to order that item separately. As I had to place two orders instead of one, I had to pay shipping costs twice... After spending a lot of time on emails, I got a refund for the second order, but I've been waiting for a few days for a shipping refund in my original order. I won't definitely buy again from this company!

Bad customer service, not helpful at all

I haven’t received my parcel, as Royal Mail sent me two messages yesterday and today, both confirming the parcel would be delivered on the day (and a time slot). I still haven’t received the parcel. They are using the RM Tracked24 serviced but the parcel was despatched 5 days ago. I contacted customer service online and explained the situation. They are not very polite I have to say. Throughout our conversation no ‘please’ no apologies whatsoever. In the end their explanation is delivery time can increase during sales period. Which means, you wait till it arrives.

Wrong sizes delivery

Ordered for the first time using Meest Express delivery from Spain to Ukraine. Delivery was fast, but when I received the parcel, it turned out that sizes of clothes do not correspond to what I'd ordered at all. 3 items, 2 of which were of another size, smth is bigger, another is smaller. Of course, I will not be paying for the return and sending it back to Spain, but this is the last time when I bought smth in Oysho.

Customer service is attrocious

Customer service is attrocious.

Got faulty underwear with 2 holes in it. Contacted customer services via Chat- after much interrogation and sending many photos, challenges on if I’d washed them- they finally said ok will refund, will send onto the dept to process.
A week later I get an email asking for a number of photos and details again- once again challenging if I’d washed it.
Then told cause I’ve now disposed of the faulty item- they won’t refund me!!

First experience will be my last

Appalling customer service. Cancelled my order without any notification. When I complained they just used generic, automated responses that had no relation to my complaint or used phrases like ‘your order was not completed successfully’. Well yes, I know that but why? Kept being told to refer to my ‘financial institution’ when it turns out they were out of stock! …or at least that was the last excuse.
Who knows what the truth was but the whole experience was exhausting.

The worst experience I ever had shopping online!
Order went missing and they refuse to refund me or send replacement. Called several times and every time I call and ask for an explanation, they hang up the phone on me! Absolutely ludicrous! Don’t ever think to ever order from them!
