This was my first time ordering from their online store and certainly my last. I submitted an order on Sunday 5th of October for a jacket. Estimated delivery date Sunday 12th to Tuesday 14th according to the email received with the order. By Wednesday the item still has not been shipped. Fair enough, I decide to call customer care and see what their turnaround for shipping is. She confirmed the item is in stock and that it will be shipped shortly and that it will arrive by the delivery dates indicated. Fast forward to Friday early afternoon still no confirmation that the item has been shipped. I call customer care once again to check re: the delay. This is now 5 working days after the order and the item still has not been shipped. The customer care agent assured me that it will be delivered in time although realistically even if it was shipped Friday late afternoon it would still take a few days to arrive considering the weekend. I persisted and she said she will speak to the department in question to check the reason for the delay and will get back to me via email. I never heard back from her. By Sunday the item still hadn't been shipped, I never heard from the customer care and I decided to cancel the order.
Since 23th August - no refund from Oysho
Since the 23rd of August, Oysho seems to be deep in thought about whether they should finally process my refund. We’re talking about more than €280, which, according to both common sense and their own policy, I should have received weeks ago.

Products not fit for purpose
Products not fit for purpose. Poor quality - advertised as “breathable” sportswear and they are not. I purchased a shorts a jumpsuit and a top advertised as workout wear. They are not. The material is very cheap and does not absorb moisture whatsoever. I sent the complaint to customer services explaining it goes against the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and their response was “we are not accepting a return”. Let’s see about that. This used to be a good company but the products and the service has gone downhill. Such a shame. Do not recommend!!
Absolutely the worst customer service
Absolutely the worst customer service. While traveling, I purchased items in their Barcelona location. The store reps were rude and went fast when they rang the items up. When I got home, I saw the rude female sales rep did not put receipt in bag. I was over charged for an item. I immediately Called their main number with all the facts and they said they would review and get back to me. I sent them 6 emails and they always responded with same form letter that they needed time. Needless to say, they never ever bothered to look into or respond to me. Just the worst customer service!!

Extremely Disappointed with OYSHO Customer Service – Avoid
I recently shopped at the OYSHO Oxford Street store and spent a significant amount – over £450 in just one month. During my latest visit, I made a large purchase, but when I got home, I discovered that three items worth £46.97 were missing from my bag, even though I was charged for them.
I immediately reached out to customer service via email and online chat, and provided proof (including a photo of all items I received). Shockingly, instead of offering to help, they told me the only option is to go back to the store to resolve the issue – no refund, no option for shipping, not even a discount or sincere apology.
As someone living outside London, a return trip would require taking a train, costing me more time and money – all due to a mistake made by store staff. I explained this, but was still met with no support or flexibility.
Frankly, this is unacceptable treatment of a loyal customer, and it’s extremely disappointing that a brand like OYSHO has such inflexible and unhelpful customer service. I feel completely let down and will seriously reconsider shopping here again. If you don't live near the store, be warned: you’re on your own if something goes wrong.

Online all orders are very late and customer services again are extremely unhelpful. Been a week and I still have no idea when or if I will ever get my items.
Such a shame as they do have lovely items, but their customer care lets them down.
Dreadful, entitled company
It is impossible to speak or contact this company, not even an email address. I even downloaded their app, but I still couldn’t. All you can use is a chat robot which is useless. So IMPOSSIBLE to sort out out any problems with this company. NO customer service is worse than bad customer service!!!

The quality of the product is terrible, I bought a legging for yoga and after three time wearing it the fabric was damage. And the customer service is really really slow. At least I got paid back.

Bad quality leggings, disappointed
I used my first pair of leggings from Oysho for 6-7 years. Gym, running.. a few times a week - always perfectly stuck to my tummy, looked like new after washing. At the end of December 2024, I bought leggings from them again (Compressive sheer 65cm high rise ankle-length leggings), and I can throw them in the bin! It's been used only for 5 months. Not sticking to my tummy anymore, the sheer part of the side of the leggings looks terrible, holes, and unsticking fabric. Very disappointed.

Very very bad quality I ordered Relaxed joggers with modal and pockets with co-rod bomber jacket. In mid- khaki colours in August 2024 and only wore them last week this may 2025. I first noticed an reaction on the clothes that I had previously with similar sets that I bought from stradivarius, lets not forget this two companies are sister under zara. When water drop on the garments it's leaves a water mark stain imergin just water. So I said OK let me wait and see, and by the end of the day just one wore the leg has rip. Then I put is to wash it becomes something I can't recognise with rusty dot all over, mind you I did not bleach because it's Mid Khaki colour so there's nothing to bleach about such colours. The reason I'm leaving this review because have seen reviews of bad customer services so I won't bother waste my precious time contacting them. It just appalling in this hard time people been rip off like this. If I had seen the reviews I wouldn't order my previous order because I have bought other stuff that are so horrible in sizing and not worth the higher price.
Seems OK. Improvements needed to online UX
Have used this for online shopping in the UK. Seem OK, though the online process could be considerably improved. For example - would be nice to know at the outset if I can click & collect, if it takes paypal, and other things. Instead, you have to register all your information, still not knowing if you want to do the purchase or not! Plus my 'your item is ready to collect' message just appeared today - a week after I already collected the item.
They DO do c&c, and accept paypal btw! And I always try on in-store to get sizing before ordering with a new brand.
The sports item itself was as described, arrived on time last week, and seems good quality (though I guess I'll have to wear it for longer to know for sure!)
Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely disgusting, ignorant and rude customer service. Tried to contact them numerous of times just to be rudely told to wait - one month in they never replied. Garments finished like a 5yo has scissor cut the details - see images - this wasn't even washed yet (ski jacket belt loops)

Terrible customer service. Parcel lost by courier Evri. It was not possible to speak to a person batted between AI chatbots and given no assistance to resolve query. Parcel marked as delivered on the same day the courier advised it was being returned to supplier. Will not purchase from oysho again.

Ordered a set on my bday for this weekend as I have a bday surprise wanted to look goooood, delivery come yesterday, wrong item in order ended up having 2 trousers? No hoodie to go with, so I rung them emailed to ring again to get this sorted as last night I tried to re order for next day delivery, and can only collect from store, I asked if they can do this as it’s there fault no mine as I really want for tomorrow , nope cannot do, have to send items back and I have to go pay out my way for the hoodie again and my travel expenses and only gave me 10% for my next purchase LOL there outfits look banging but not worth it when the company don’t respect there customers no thanks!

I got their compression leggings. I usually wear a size Small in most brands but got a Medium in Oysho.
DO NOT BUY THESE!!! They literally have me varicose veins and debilitating leg pain!!!! I was wondering what is wrong with me until I realized it's every time I wear the leggings! They literally cut off your circulation even though they're "the right size" Please don't put your health at risk!!
