If I could give them a no stars, I would. The worst experience ever. The dress I bought fit horribly. When I tried to return it, they said they processed the refund but never got it. When I inquired about they, they said they could only give me 20%. And then never refunded me even that. They are thieves. Never buy from them.

HORRIBLE - Item is not at all as described. No pockets. Not sophisticated in style nor look. Looks and fits more like a onesie blanket. I posted a review on their site, which they have deleted. Beware of sites where all reviews are favorable. The silhouette does not match what is advertised. However, the fabric is soft and very nice. I ordered an XL.
Customer service is excellent - responsive and refund issued within 2 business days.
I asked for a refund BEFORE the 24 hour window expired, they claimed the item has already shipped...Impossible. The pathetic 20% refund on a $140 item assures I will never shop this site again.
What a shame, as I was excited to receive this garment.
Feedback section 'Causes of customer after-sales problems' should have one additional selection - item not as advertised.

The internet is always dangerous when ordering shoes or clothes. Will it fit? Whats the cut? Is it stretchy and will it look good on me? Oyrosy takes the fear out of the buying experience. I ordered a dress for my wife. She is a M at best. Sometimes a large due to her shoulders. Turned out based on the cut and the material she needed an S !! Oyrosy was very good and they sent me an S to replace the M. Thank you

I was not at all happy with the fabric…
I was not at all happy with the fabric of the item I purchased. A return would have cost almost what the item cost. Oyrosy said I can choose another outfit. The outfit I chose would double the price but they allowed me to keep the original item and I didn't have to pay extra for the new item. Hopefully the fabric will be fine.

Great Looking Clothes & Excellent Customer Service
I loved the coat I ordered but I couldn’t close it. I was very disappointed because the coat was nice looking red with leopard sleeves
However, Oyrosy was great they offered me a trade and I picked two gorgeous dresses.
That is great customer service!
