Your service is awesome

Your service is awesome. I can’t say the same for the US Post Office. You answer questions quickly. Your prices are really good. And the quality is terrific. We’ll be back if we find we need anything else.

Worst company I've ever dealt with

Worst company I've ever dealt with. This company cannot be trusted as they are scamming people. I ordered a machine on the 29th of April and they only sent me accessories and not the machine. I've sent dozens of emails and called asking to cancel my order and they keep running around in circles. I highly recommend you stay away from this company

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! They take your money, then give you the run around when you don’t receive your package. Thank god my credit card company recognized the scam and refunded me!

Love my NT-3

The portable oxygen machine works great, very light and easy to use. I purchased the extra 8 cell battery and I'm glad I did so I can spend more time outside and away from home.

It arrived very quickly

It arrived very quickly. The company kept me very informed when it would arrive. It was packed nicely. I have not used it yet but did make sure everything worked as it should.
