For us oxygen is Jamie Richardson. She has looked after our properties like they were her own.

Good communication, always answer our questions. Very respectful.

The staff member I deal with in Oxygen (Hemant) is such a breath of fresh air. He never sounds put out when I call for help. He is always very helpful and deals with all matters in a professional and friendly way. He makes my experience with oxygen care free. That's what I want with a property management company. I don'y want the hassles, I want them to take care of them, and they do.

We are happy with management and service we received every-time. Highly recommend to our friends Oxygen company. 👍

I feel very fortunate that Binnie Baria is my property manager. Her communication skills are great and she is in touch with current rental values and has a great manner with tenants. She reminds me I am in business when I am inclined to be kind.

My experience with renting with oxygen is great because of my property manager Dana she is always friendly and when there is a problem she deals with it straight away so I don’t have to stress she is a real asset to oxygen

Leanne has been a terrific property manager. In the past few months she spotted evidence there could be a problem with our drains. She organised a company to confirm the problem and then to sort it all out before things got worse. Very proactive and probably saved us a lot in the long rund.

We’ve had nothing but a great experience renting with oxygen, in particular we’re grateful to have an amazing property manager, Dana from oxygen Lower Hutt. She’s always quick to get in touch with us and always kind and supportive. Any issues or questions we’ve had have been sorted quickly and with ease. From the beginning of applying for our rental with oxygen to having our annual rental inspections, Dana has always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend renting with oxygen!

Leanne Phillips has been our property manager for almost 5 years. During our 4 and a bit years in the home we rented she was an absolute pleasure to have as our PM. She went absolutely above and beyond. Weather major or minor, if there was anything that needed tending to, she took care of it immediately. Very approachable, friendly and very effecient when tending to things that needed doing. By far the best property manager ive ever had the pleasure of working with.

Brenda is amazingly professional & efficient but also very friendly and approachable with anything. Always smiles and relatable. I'll never forget how understanding and empathetic she was when going through a really challenging time with my teenager nearly 2 yrs ago now. She didn't realise just how much that meant to me at one of the hardest times I've endured. Thank you

Joanne is always helpful and responsive when there are any issues or concerns (although there usually aren’t any!) she stays in close contact with the landlord so they are on the same page and is friendly and professional. I feel very lucky to have a great property manager and landlord after hearing about friends experiences with other companies.

Oxygen , represented by Leanne, is amazing. They genuinely care about their job. Leanne always give us enough notice before coming. She is always on time and does house inspection with care. She is also, always one phone call away and communicates very well with us. She takes lots of photos of the house. She listens to our comments and deals with issues very efficiently. If I had my own house and would rent it, I'd like Leanne to manage it!

The agency and its agent are kind and helpful. Excellent service.
