Mask caused inflammation and what felt like bruising.
Requested a refund after 1 use as it was not working as anticipated and I had an adverse experience. Company refuses to refund the purchase. I have been attempting to return the product since February 28, 2026. It is now March 24, and no resolution.

I had a very disappointing experience with Oxyfit. The nose strips I ordered do not work as advertised at all. The plastic part that is supposed to stay in the nose and expand it keeps falling out during the night, which makes the product completely useless. I followed the instructions exactly, but the product simply does not function as shown in their advertisement.

I contacted customer support requesting a refund, and they asked me to send a photo or video of the issue. I explained that the problem happens while sleeping and that it’s impossible to take a photo during the night. Since then, they have completely stopped responding to my messages.

Very poor customer service and a product that does not deliver what it promises. I would not recommend buying from this store.

Iv contacted the customer care 3 times and no response. Take the money and ignore you seems to be the company policy

UK BASED. So far so good, delivery took 2 weeks but that’s to be expected considering transit time. Few reviews have said they received products that don’t match the advertised brand, well mine is ok and branded so no problems there. I got the mask, the strips and the breathing trainer and like i said, so far so good

I had a great experience with OXYFIT. I placed an order for over $100 and everything arrived faster than I expected. The website has a lot of really good bundle deals, and I ended up getting a big part of my order for free thanks to the offers and promos.

Honestly, this was one of the best purchases I’ve made in terms of price-to-quality. The products feel premium and the whole process was smooth from checkout to delivery. Highly recommend OXYFIT if you’re into sports/performance and want the best value for your money.

On 18/11/25, I reported that my mask was too large. The response I received was condescending, asking for photos to prove that it “truly does not fit.” The straps are far too long, which I showed in the photos I sent. In return, I was sent a video on how to secure Velcro—something unrelated to the actual issue & I am not an idiot!

It has now been over 6 weeks with no resolution. The delays make it feel as though they are simply waiting for me to give up. If the mask doesn’t fit, it should be replaced with one that does.

Before this, I purchased the nose strips and the magnet fell out after only two uses. I dismissed it as a one-off fault. The breath trainer was also ineffective, but I assumed that might be a personal preference.

Now I’m left with another product I can’t use. Extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Do not order if not in the USA.

Possibly due to being American and thus inherently untrustworthy, they won't ship to "foreigners" but WILL take their money first.

No customer service to speak of.

You'll need to contact your bank/credit card company to get your money back as once OxyFit have your cash, they don't deliver anything but just go silent.

Avoid like the plague.

Be warned! Scam website and company. Will immediately take payment and then make excuses why it cannot deliver.

Stopped responding to requests after a month of waiting for product.

Having to go through my bank to get redress.
