I have been training for about 5ish years and thought I had a good idea of what I was doing in the gym, so at first I was a little skeptical of using a coach, but after attending a powerlifting course with Nathan from Oxolt, getting a sample training plan and liking the structured sessions I thought I’d give it a go and joined as a full member. I have been using an Oxolt plan for about 3/4months now, and I’m staggered by the progress a properly structured tailored plan can achieve! I feel as though I advanced so much in bench, squat and deadlift in the past few months. Personally I’m thrilled with my progress. And that is largely due to the help from Nathan at Oxolt! I would recommend Oxolt to anyone in the gym, and have done!
My experience with Oxolt has been great. Nathan is super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. And as his background is in competitive powerlifting he really knows his stuff. I send him loads of form videos or ask questions and always get a complete and timely response. You get the feeling he genuinely cares about your progression as much as you do.
Overall I’m really impressed with the results, and the experience delivered by Oxolt. I would confidently recommend Oxolt to anyone who wants to make some great progress in the gym.
I can't recommend Nathan and oxolt enough. Great service provided and nothing is too much trouble. As a triathlete I've found the plans Nathan has put together for me, has helped develop myself as a athlete and have had some great results.
I loved working with Nathan. He helped me technically and empirically. He is also a really nice guy and a tremendous shoulder to cry on; which is what all good coaches should be!

Nathan has helped me a great deal with my strength training teaching me how to lift correctly and avoid getting injured. He has delivered me a training program every week and tailored it to suit my requirements. He varies the excercises which keeps it from getting monotonous and also lets me know when to increase weight/reps etc. He has also given me a excellent swim program to work to. Excellent coach!

Oxolt has given me such a new lease of life! I've previously tried training alone, tried online programs and always ended losing motivation after a few months. I'm 9 months in and still seeing progress everyday!
Nathan trained me for almost a year, and was really attentive to what I was looking for in a coach. He’s really on it, ensuring he gave me detailed feedback on all of my big lifts, and tailored my programme according to my wants and needs, shaking it up regularly which is exactly what I need, whilst continuing to focus on the main lifts and accessories. He took my feedback on board every session, and scaled my training according to my feedback. I feel very confident in my powerlifting and CrossFit ability now and it’s all because of Nathan. I would highly recommend him as a trainer to anybody.
