Styles are good quality and shipments was fast

I genuinely love the Oxknit tops. I have 4 of them. I hand-wash them, so I haven't had problems with the shrinking that others have had. Oxknit has done a great job for me, on quality and comfort. I get tons of compliments on every single one I wear. I am 5'6" and 140 lbs. I wear a medium in the knit tops. I have not ordered any of their other products.

I asked if I could send back a sweater which does not fit.

This is ridiculous.

Much overpriced. I wish I had read the comments before buying the things. Feel so stupid for wasting money.

This company is a scam with no quality product. What you see on line is typical différent from what you see physically. I can not encourage anybody to buy from this company. They are scammer

Oxknit company fails to adhere to its cancellation policy as stated on their website, and overall provides subpar customer service. I would not recommend making a purchase from them.

Love the product, the patterns and material. Service is great and received my second order before the due date. And to my surprise i received a cool free gift. I recommend their shirts and sweaters 100% Will definitely order again.

The shirt that I picked was nice but too expensive for the quality I received. And I decided to also take a chance on the Black Friday surprise box because I was expecting at least one decent shirt in it BUT instead it was a horrendous pair of shorts and a shirt with the BIG BOLD year printed on them and they didn’t even match and a pair of socks which was the only thing the was somewhat decent. It is obvious that the “surprise” boxes are just items that don’t sell that they trick you into buying thinking you will get something good. I won’t shop here again value and quality not worth the pricing.

I bought 2 sweaters. Shipping took about 8 weeks and I live on the west coast in Canada.

Both sweaters fit just fine. I thought the fabric was on the thinner side but still super cute. No pulls or hanging threads but the pink sweater with the dog, does have a line right through the top of the sweater like others have stated.
I am pleased with my purchase but I probably won’t buy again reading all the terrible reviews. I hope this helps?

Beware! This company is a SCAM! They claimed they delivered my item but nothing was ever recorded on my Ring Camera.
There answer to my claim was check with my neighbor. No offer to look into my claim or tracking.
I played the fool. Too good to be true.

Terrible customer service! Avoid these scammers.

I ordered 4 items from Oxknit. 1 arrived as expected; 3 did not.

1 item arrived with different measurements that did not match the website. I contacted customer service. They said they would send a return label and provide a refund. They never did.

2 items arrived damaged (1 with pulls in the fabric, the other with 9(!) loose strings. Customer service admitted there was a problem with their factory and that they would correct it. However, they told me to fix it myseld and refused to take a refund. I had to challenge with my credit card.

You have ignored my communications about refunding an item for over a week now. I cannot seem, by any means, to get through to you. I beleive this company is fraudulent.

This company, knowingly and willingly, and unlawfully sells sweaters to women that have a giant line at the top of them that is visible when you purchase it, but not on their site. It took three months to receive it. They do not give you a full refund. And they are not size inclusive. I would never buy anything from this company.

Positive outcome! I was wary of ordering from this company because of the mixed reviews. I placed my order on November 20th. I received a shipment update on November 21st, a tracking number on the 22nd, an out-for-delivery notice on the 28th, and a notice when it was delivered on the 28th (Thanksgiving day). The two sweaters that I received are just as they are pictured on the site. The site did recommend a 2XL, but I think a 1X would have worked too. I'm going to keep them because I don't want to try to exchange anything. Plus, the size isn't that much off. Overall, I will be ordering from them again.

I have shopped at Oxknit three times, with no regrets.
I love their designs which are of excellent quality.
The shipping was on time in all three cases.
I have no experience with returning or exchanging purchased clothing, nor do I have any experience with their customer service.

I give a full house in the review of Oxknit, solely because I love their exclusive clothing selection.

This site is a scam. First they claimed to have sent the items via a defunct/non-existent shipping company. Then kept trying to get me to verify with a non-existent company that the shipment was lost. After that they pretended to resend the shipment, even went so far as to confirm my shipping address. Then when I asked for an updated tracking number they stopped communicating. Be aware you will talk to a seemingly concerned customer service rep at first, and they'll essentially humor you and lie until you seem placated.

Bought a pair of pants from this China-based company, and based on the sizes/measurements on their site, they should have fit loosely around my waist. Instead, they were at least two sizes smaller than advertised. Somehow, according to them, this was my fault, and they wouldn't cover the return shipping which they claim was around $30 (more than 50% of the cost of the pants to begin with). I look at the original order invoice and it says shipping was only $10.90...??

So after many back and forth messages, they don't even want me to ship the pants back in exchange for the right size, but they want me to pay an additional $28 to have them ship me the correct size, or offered a 30% discount for the wrong pants.

At this point they had wasted enough of my time, and I'm done with these clowns.
