I rang the publisher of this book

I rang the publisher of this book, Prehistory & Protohistory of the Occidental Mediterranean which I ordered 12th Dec & paid £58 for through Waterstones. It is now end Jan & no sign of it. The lady at Oxbow was very unhelpful & just kept fobbing me off with excuse after excuse saying it was the suppliers fault. When I asked for their contact number she became very evasive & wouldn’t give it to me, requested I send an email to Oxbow books, hello isn’t that you! Beware of placing orders online it’s taking far longer than the 2 weeks delivery advertised, misrepresentation!
