I've been a customer of OwnX before it was OwnX. Never had any issues with buying or selling. Received proceeds from selling very quickly. Very liquid and secure way or owning precious metals, in my opinion. Had trouble liquidating over $13,000 of physical bullion once. Never an issue with OwnX. There audit and regulartory standards are impecable.

Although initially, I had difficulty moving money from an equity trust IRA account into my OWNX account to purchase precious metals, I was able to figure things out and complete my transactions. I am satisfied with my service.

I’ve been using this platform for many years! And currently I’m helping my dad purchase gold and the customer service is always fast and helpful. The platform works very well. And is clear and easy to understand and the options are diverse! Highly recommend I’m very satisfied and have been a user for at least 5 years! Good job ya’ll
