Loved my order from own saviour. It was my first time shopping with them and I didn’t really know what to expect but the clothes were a very high quality and better than I imagined they would be, particularly because I’m quite small and clothes don’t always sit well on me but these seem to. Delivery times and tracking was available and my order arrived within 10 days. Highly recommend

Utterly fabulous clothing! Seriously amazing quality considering how much of a bargain it is. I will definitely be ordering again. Well happy with it.

I’ve been waiting well over a month for my order and still no sign of contact from them- awful customer service. I have tried countless times to contact them on all forms of social media however their replies seem to hold no value, as they aren’t very helpful often waiting days to see where my order is and then to be told it’s stuck at the uk border.

Ordered multiple items from here on multiple occasions and have always been completely happy with my orders. The website always has some discounts running too so it’s nice to be able to high quality clothing for low prices. Delivery time was as specified for me so I think it was just under two weeks for delivery

SCAM! took my money, no confirmation emails, been about 3 months and no sign of my order - stay away

I ordered a dress at the beginning of May and we are now nearly in July and still haven’t received it, their customer service team don’t reply to emails and take ages to reply on Instagram.
Edit: It’s now been 3 months and no reply or refund or package, really angry

My favorite store of 2021. I’m a huge fashion lover but after losing my job during the pandemic i have been looking for a store that suits my style but within my budget and not massively overpriced and after a chat with a girlfriend of mine she mentioned own savior. I checked it out and loved it instantly because it was exactly my style and luckily something I could afford.

When my clothes arrived I was so excited and wasn’t disappointed because the clothes were so perfect for me and fit really really well. The clothes and shipping times are exactly as advertised so exactly what I was expecting and I would and will shop here again for sure

Fantastic quality and customer service. Followed own saviour on social media for 3/4 years now and finally made my first order this year and I’m more than happy with it. Really high quality and beautiful fit.

Took money out of account, no confirmation email or text. 6 weeks later still no order. No reply to my email and Instagram dms very slow to reply . Scam

Ordered clothes/accessories 8 weeks ago, no response when emailed and messaged on Instagram, total scam do not use

Excellent customer service and clothes, one of the best online stores I’ve shopped with.

Got to leave my thoughts here. Never had any problems with this shop and it’s where I’ve been shopping most since the start of the pandemic. The company always delivers amazingly well made clothing and within the stated delivery times on the website. Highly recommend to anyone looking for nice clothes that are really inexpensive.

I wasn’t going to document my experience with Own Savior because I assume the service provided to me was as standard, but since I’ve seen some of these reviews I wanted to talk about my own experience.

Everything from start to finish was very simple and straight forward. Own Savior stuck to their processing and delivery times, offered me tracking, were a pleasure to deal with and then when the clothes arrived, they were completely perfect.

I appreciate not everyone’s experience will be the same but I can honestly say that was 5 star and I won’t hesitate to keep ordering until proven otherwise.

I placed an order around 8 months ago and the order still says processing. I began reaching out to the company on various social medias 6 months ago and they have not been helpful at all, saying they will “look into it”, and have since stopped responding. I still have not received my refund or my order.

Genuinely kind and attentive customer service and the clothes are absolutely fab! Have shopped here a number of times and will continue to do so. Excellent value for money.

This website is definitely a scam! I placed an order almost two months ago now and the order has not even processed. I reached out to them on instagram and was told they would check on my order and then never heard back or got a reply when I reached out again. Wasted money

Exceptional service and really high quality clothing. Just make sure you double check the size guides because a couple of the tops can run small, but it was easy to exchange for a larger size and the company was great in any communications I had.

Ordered something about 4 weeks ago and although I appreciate it it can take time to come I haven't had any email confirming whether it's been processed or shipped, should be processed after 10 working days but on the website still says being processed. Takes ages to receive a reply through Facebook messenger,had none through Instagram, and still aren't sending me emails confirming shipping

Ordered in April and still haven’t gotten any updates or replies to the numerous emails that were sent to the seller.
