Unethical/illegal domain registrar

Reported a phishing and scam website and their response was "Kindly note, we as a registrar, cannot investigate or act upon for service related issues. You may approach your local law enforcement authorities and they may investigate/act upon it". THEY ARE DOMAIN REGISTRARS!! Total sham and looks like they maybe in on the scams also.

ownregistrar.com hosts scammers and abusers

only people who use this platform are scammers.
traced a group of scammers pretending to be bank and scamming users using fake ads on google search.
submitted every bit of proof that shows domains fake ad and fake landing page that is used to trick users to get the money and yet this wack company has not taken a bit of action and instead they tell me this 'WE HAVE SENT YOUR REQUEST TO THE CUSTOMER'
so now the simple question here is, would the scammers really take that into consideration and have a little good heart and will stop scamming? Obviously no and yet
so i would warn any new users to stop work with this company, unless you're a scammer then you're good because you can abuse the domain as much as you want and nothing will happen to you.

OwnRegistrar Internet tumor that needs to be removed.

OwnRegistrar serves ONLY the needs of cyber criminals for fraudulent domain registrations.

Nobody, but scammers use Own Registrar.

Facade for a legitimate company, but actually a fraudulent entity.
Needs to be shut down entirely and have both staff and customers prosecuted for conspiracy to commit fraud, brand impersonation and money laundering, as OwnRegistrar takes stolen bitcoin from repeat offender cyber criminals and turns this into tax deductible "profit"

Internet tumor that needs to be removed.

Russia funded/controlled service

This service either receives funding from Russian government or some affiliated structures. Despite being very slow to react to reports of actually fraudulent websites, they quickly suspend websites supporting Ukraine.

I reported a website to this comany on 4th September 2021

I reported a website to this comany on 4th September.

This review is referencing "ConnectReseller" as well.

This company have not responded so far, it has been 3 days since I reported the fake website and they have done nothing, and now I have contacted them on live chat, they are allowing the website I reported that is imitating Royal Mail's website that I have tested with fake data that is attempting to steal visitors identities using elaborate requests. I myself went on to this site (using a proxy) and entered fake data, first it wants your name and address, then it wants your date of birth and your phone number. I went no further as I am fully aware that Royal Mail do not ask for your date of birth or your phone number.

From my experience, it appears that this registrar support criminal activity and allow it to continue.

I am very unimpressed.
