Hardware never received

Hardware never received
Called in April to receive hardware to use ownit. Called again in July and got a confirmation that I will get it in 10 days. Now the 10 days are over and it's mid August and I still did not receive my hardware.

Fast and efficient service

I had to wait for a while during the phone call but once I got connected to customer service the help was incredibly fast and efficient. I had internet connection in my house within 15 minutes of my connection with Ownit! The connection is great so far though I have joined only for a month now.

Horrible agents, OWNIT is scamming customers

Horrible and unprofessional customer support. Long waiting hours, agents that won't help, lie and don't understand technology.

As as company, money greedy, their own router that comes with their plan is not working and I have been waiting for a router for a two weeks now. And they are charging me for my broadband internet plan.

Don't ever use them, scammers, I'll sue them

The speeds are not that great

The speeds are not that great, but perhaps what's more infuriating is that i need to reset my router every two days or so, otherwise the internet just stops working.
Slow internet is still manageable, no internet is definitely not manageable.

We are sorry to hear this. If you are connected via wi-fi, the speeds can vary depending on the wi-fi settings and your surroundings but we always have tips and tricks for improving the wireless connection.

We recommend that you download our app Ownit Fixit. This app scans your wi-fi networks and informs you about the improvements you can do to reach higher speeds and to establish a better connection. You can find more information about the app in the link below, and of course download links. If this does not improve your wireless connection speeds, please contact us for a troubleshooting.

The wi-fi problem can also be caused by hardware failure, hence you need to restart the router to solve the problem temporarily. For a permanent solution, we recommend that you contact us for a solution proposal.

Connection stablity

Hi

1- I've had a router upgrade recently and since then everything loads slowly and doesn't seem stable .
2- I do speed test and sometimes it shows 220kbps but I assume that we have ordered 700-100kbps.

Can you please check this?

Disconnections and low speed

We experience short internet disconnections every day, which sometimes makes problems for my online meetings and work, because I work remotely from home and constantly need to be connected. Also sometimes we have a low speed problem.

We recommend that you contact us for a troubleshooting if you experience any disturbances, otherwise it will be very difficult for us to know more about your experience.

From experience, I suspect that this is a disturbance in the wi-fi connection, which in turn is related to the router, but we look forward to troubleshooting together with you and possibly finding a solution the problem.

I recently moved to Hagalundsgatan…

I recently moved to Hagalundsgatan (1503), and noticed that my wifi is getting disconnected frequently. Hence contacted the service center for help. I got notified that could be router issue and change it, instead to check what is the exact issue. How would customer know whether it is router issue or any other issue, isn't it service provider responsibility to check the issue and advice. That is at least minimum expectation from customer.

We are sorry that your wi-fi does not work as expected. Our agents always make a new assessment of each case, just to find the best solution for you.

Wi-fi disconnection is usually due to your router not being able to establish a stable connection with your devices. The error occurs sporadically and is usually resolved by reconnecting the devices or restarting the router, however, these are two temporary solutions.

As the source of error is usually in the hardware, we recommend that you replace your router instead, so that wi-fi works without any interruptions. Thus, we have proposed this solution. Of course, you can try to reset the router, but the problem you are experiencing is recurring.

No issues with the broadband but little…

No issues with the broadband but little higher when compared to other players available in the market, not sure if i will be continuing to pay higher if i can get same type of service at low cost.
