Our internet went overnight and when I called and ask about it they said that it should be working, fast forward 3 weeks, still nothing.
I’ve been on the phone with Customer service a few times now and ever-time they say that it should be working even tho I tell them it isn’t. They can see what device I plug their connection into too. My devices work with other internet connections so they is no problem with them.
I’ve tried 3 different routes and two different computers too but they specifically want a Windows computer when I don’t own one before sending someone out to figure why it isn’t working with a nice charge of 999kr when it isn’t our fault.
Our Brf is trying to help as they pay the bill but still coming up with lime excuses.

From being great Ownit is now a lousy company with super bad support, people who are incompetent and simply do not care!
In my case i order and signed a contract almost one year ago to get a new hardware and LAN contact installed. Now multiple calls and emails and one year later the support still telling me they are "looking into it" and they get back to me. They won't even cancel the contract that they can not and don't know when they will deliver.
Its so stupid to talk to them. Most time they don't even know what they are talking about and they never listen to a word you say. Next time you call they blame the last person not have taking good notes. I lost my trust and will be contacting konsumentverket. This is not acceptable. I can't even talk with someone in charge. They refuse to involve anyone but their incompetent first desk support.

I feel Cheated by Ownit ! Why ?
1. I signed for Ownit service on 22Nov23. Plan was 99SEK for 3 months then 279. I was using Tele2 services on Coaxial Port till 19th Dec23.
2. I asked to Activate my Services from 20th Dec2023. But my connection didnt work due to improper clarity from Own IT (Like it would not work on Coaxial Port) rather on Optical Fiber, Own it sent a Technician for Fiber Optics which I had to Pay 1088 SEK)
3. So finally my Own it Connection got active from 11th Jan 2024 whereas Ownit Continued charging me from Nov.
Wrote emails n raised multiple support cases. Already paid 3 invoices for Ownit.I didnt get the 99 plan and needed support from Ownit. This is bad customer service. Imagine for a 99 plan I have already spent 3000+ SEK.
4. For a 300/100 plan I was getting a speed of 10 MBPS. Had to call support to get a speed of now close to 80MBPs.
5. I called Ownit support and they are unwilling to help me for Incorrect charges and non usage.The person offered me was a 12day rebate.
Also an unpaid invoice raised with Kronofogdogen.
I have also paid 1157 Bill received from Gothia. Sweden Govt needs to Improve Customer Service and ownership towards customers from such reckless companies. Being an IT Engineer I can understand the manipulations from such customer unfriendly companies.

I give 4 stars rather than 5 stars just because the monthly subscription went up few months ago. Also, I sometime needs to reset my modem, probably whenever there is a network or software maintenance or upgrade. However, this happens very rarely.
Overall, I enjoy great service from Ownit!

Not trustworthy
Using ownit broadband for 4 years now. Pathetic service. In my community of 65 houses, we suffer with frequent internet disruptions. Long waits to call customer service. Their customer representatives have no idea about why they have an outage. 100% unreliable. Don’t wish this suffering for anyone. Stay away from this company even if they give 100% discount. They refuse to improve their service or inform a planned downtime via an sms.

Error with an invoice
There was an error with the invoice I received, I opened a ticket myself but received no feedback for more than a week. I called them my issue was actually resolved on the same day!

I posted this on Ownit Facebook page in December 2023... we still have intermittent service....
We’ve been without internet or service since 23rd December!… and of course these geniuses decided that as a service provider they are just going to close the call center from 23rd to 26th December! Who does that?
I called them on 27th at 9 am (after 4 days without service)… had to wait 30 minutes to get to speak to a call center representative. It took her all the 5 minutes to claim it was my faulty router that was causing the issue. After I insisted she put me on hold, and then suddenly everything was working… she came back online and confirmed they made “some” changes… and guess what… it wasn’t my router that was faulty…. I never got the case details.
I hung up, and it took about 15 minutes and poof! The service was gone again.
I called back, this time I had to wait 1,5 hours to speak to a representative… and again… same story… It took him all the 5 minutes to claim it was my faulty router that was causing the issue. And again after I insisted he put me on hold for couple of minutes, and then suddenly everything was working… I asked him what he did and he could not explain… but promised it’ll be ok…hung up and guess what!
It happened again.. no service after about 30 minutes… this time I tried calling and they literally switched the call center off! The message was due to high number of calls the call center is temporarily closed and we should send email if we had questions! “HOW? I have no freaking broadband service!” Geniuses I tell you! Geniuses!
Had to wait to this morning to call them… waited 50 minutes to talk to the representative, and guess what…
He started by saying the about 20 minutes ago, (while ı was waiting to speak to him,p), they sent a confirmation SMS that the service restored is now working) obviously it’s wrong and he could see it in his system , but again he stared by claiming it was my faulty router that was causing the issue! 😂 And again after I insisted he put me on hold for an eternity and he got it to work. I asked him what he did and he explained that the technician could see there are ipv4
packet losses the DHCP server is not responding as expected they have made changes and everything is going to be ok now. So not my router and not my fault 🤦♂️!
It took over 50 minutes on the call to fix the dam service… hung up ! And then booom! 20 minutes later no service since.
Now I need to call the again tomorrow morning…
Sweden’s most satisfied customers! Ha ! An absolute lie! Every word of it.
Worst possible customer experience and service I’ve ever seen!

Update!
I just got off the phone with the tech support for the 4th day in a row… and guess what!
It still not working… and they don’t know why.
So now they are going to send a technician.
WHICH CAN TAKE FROM 3 TO 5 DAYS! 😂😂😂 during new year period.
Today is the 29th meaning nothing might not happen until next year.
Appalling and disgusting service!
Happiest customers! 😂😂 Maybe you should have waited to post and celebrate your award.

Great service, a bit expensive in Katrineholm
I have been subscribed with Ownit for a year now, the internet is quite good, sometimes there can be some stability issues but at least 99% it's stable, so kudos!
On the downside, it is a bit expensive in Katrineholm, there are cheaper competitors - but haven't tested their service, so can't really say - and you have to call to cancel the subscription, I think this should/can be done digitally using BankID :/.

super complex bad process, only available in Swedish and the internet is still not working after multiple tries and even though it says it should work… edit: called the customer service, she solved the problem for me, it took a while and shouldn't be the case, but at least it's working now! still everything in Swedish, not even an English option which is annoying.
