Absolutely shocking behaviour from this…

Absolutely shocking behaviour from this company. Pay for one request yet they take £39.90 per month without consent. I will be taking my complaint to the Police and to the appropriate channels to ensure we are all safeguarded. What a shocking company!

I have to give a Star...but consider it…

I have to give a Star...but consider it a zero. I haven't subscribed to this Site and have not received anything from them...yet they have taken 39.90 out of my account for a year! My fault I should of been paying more attention.
I note that they are far more responsive to reviews than they are to complaints. I've had to destroy my bank card and contact my banks fraud team to deal with this issue, and still today my bank had to refund me more money this scam show had taken, they ate relentless.
Stay clear, because I have a very good bank, others will not be so fortunate.
