OMG, they're the best! I had a problem with my old Derminator and not only have they promised to replace it, they're giving me some extra needles because my old ones won't fit the new model. They're absolutely the best!

I have been a customer at Owndoc for years and I bought the Derminator back in 2016.

The customer service is very knowledgeable and I always feel like a valued customer. I've been in contact with customer service a few times and they always respond quickly. I feel like they go beyond my expectations. I've had some technical issues with my Derminator lately and they offered to send me a new upgraded Derminator 2 machine for free. I wasn't expecting that and it made me really happy.

I can't recommend Owndoc enough. I've seen great results with the Derminator. Their service and products really are outstanding.

Trustworthy, helpful & reliable sums up my experiences with OwnDoc. Whenever there has been a problem (delays caused by postal services) OwnDoc have always sorted it quickly and reliably. Occasionally deliveries are late because of postal service problems, but I have always received what I ordered in due course. And very importantly, the information they offer about the products they supply has always been accurate and balanced. I trust their advice as well as their service.

I have been using the Derminator for years now. I love the fact that it is quite easy to use, dependable and safe. Their customer service department is very informative. I would definitely recommend any of their products.

I recently order 8 bottles of Carbon 60 from Vaughter Wellness. The first and then 6 after that separately adding tracking to all 8. Received a considerate email reply inquiring if indeed I wanted all 6 or possibly a mistake. I responded that yes I did wish to purchase all 6 after I originally ordered the first one. Received a reply back saying they would refund $14.00 by combing all 6 together in one shipment. I feel that speaks highly of a company to express concern where there possibly could have been one. I wanted to bear that Nov. to Arp. time period to avoid delay and be stocked up. I originally order Carbon 60 on Amazon before this one. It was black mixed with Sunflower oil instead for a reason I don't understand why it was used. But the good thing was when I cane upon Sara's site feeling so confident by reading all the material with how they make theirs. What an excellent company and one I surely will be a loyal customer to.

Just received my derminator yesterday. I was super surprised on how fast it got here considering I live in the US. Item works well (no complaints there). For some reason I thought I ordered copper peptide serum, but was given a mask. Unless they don’t sell a serum? Anyhow, I’m super happy.

Hello, im gonna share my experience with the Derminator 1 & 2 in this review. (especially my experience with the support.)

Couple of years ago, when the company just puplished the Derminator 1, i ordered it after reading really good reviews.
The Price, the service and the online appearance of the company was really trust worthy. I had a few problems with the old Derminator, like some other users as well, that the needles didnt come out like they should be. I still used the derminator a few times and than kinda forgot about it.

Even back than i knew the price i payed was really good, compared to other Products from other companies.

Few days ago i wanted to start using the Derminator again, when i read on the Homepage they have a new Derminator in which they solved the Problem with the Needles.

I wrote a Email and asked the Support if i can change my old Derminator for the new one, with a little discount. So i dont have to pay the full price for the new Product again.
First they replied to my Email within 2 hours. Second, they told me they will just send me the new Derminator without any costs for me. Plus some extra needles.

Im really amazed by this Company. Thats how you keep your customers.

I cant really tell how good the Derminator 2 works for my acne scars, cause i just got the new device today, but the service/support is one of the best.

Im looking forward to try the new Derminator 2!

Had issues with a product when I ordered the first time and they were very quick to send me a replacement no charge. I've had no worries with the replacement. Overall, very trustworthy, legit business. Very quick to respond to questions or issues and resolve them.

I have ordered from owndoc multiple times, first time years ago.
The products are high quality, the instructions great and fair prices.
I posted a question (about using one product while nursing), and got a swift reply.

I have always gotten my deliveries within reasonable time.

I will continue getting dermarollers and such from this company, since they are great and since I’m not getting younger :)

I have been a repeat customer of Owndoc for over three years. Their products are top quality, well researched and well priced and their customer service is excellent.
The recent issue I had with my Derminator was politely resolved within two hours of emailing them with the offer of a replacement machine, despite my one being over three years old. That says it all!
