DO NOT ORDER - Stay well away. If I could give no stars I would. I ordered items early June, it is now the end of July and no sign of my order. The order was split in two and the tracking is a joke, hopeless. Useless customer service, they tell you nothing.

Absolutely shocking ordered 2 items at the start of July and was told 15 days it is now the end of July and no package in sight the customer service is awful and hard to contact them! Don’t bother ur ass there really bad

Owlhive is an ok website, but the clothes aren’t the best quality. I’m happy with all of the tops that I got, but some aren’t the greatest quality which doesn’t bug me. From what I got, I don’t recommend getting shorts from there because they aren’t even like the photos, and they aren’t good quality. Out of the necklaces I got, I like them and don’t have any issues with them.

I ordered 3 things and they never arrived, it’s been two months and I’ve emailed customer service 5x.they keep saying I can’t get a refund because it’s on its way, but I just wrote one last email letting them know that I know they are a scam and I’ll be contacting the police if they don’t give me back my $75. ridiculous, do not buy anything from them it’s a big scam.

Do not buy anything from this company! Their products are terrible quality. I had an issue with a "long" dress I bought, where it literally came down to just below my knees and the sleeves were sewn on backwards. I spent a month trying to get a refund......they are so shady! You can't even reply to their emails, they have it somehow rigged so you email yourself when you reply. They would not refund me. Finally they gave me a store credit for less than the purchase price of the dress but it was impossible to use! I'm saying goodbye to that money, and lesson learned. Items also take a very long time to arrive, but I was prepared for that.

I got my order and the clothes is pretty good quality , it does take a while to arrive but I’m happy

Just dont even bother.
Awful customer service so unhelpful. I ordered 2 pairs of shorts and when they arrived found them with the button holes sewn up I enquired about a refund and took over a month to get a proper response to then not even have it resolved.

Learn from me people.

I ordered over a month ago for 4 items. They do NOT look how they do in the image on the website. I also only received 3 of the 4 I ordered. When I made an enquiry, I was told it was delivered..why would I lie? And since there.. over two weeks ago, no one replied to me?? They seem to think if they ignore me it’ll go away? Wrong. Never shopping with Owlhive again and neither should you.
