Scam alert
Scam alert. I ordered my daughters prom dress over a month ago. I emailed customer service. They made all kinds of promises to me. I emailed them again two weeks ago and heard absolutely NOTHING from them. They took my dang money and NO prom dress. I got to order my daughters prom dress from somewhere else. Praise God I still got plenty of time to order another dress. Somebody please tell me how I can take this company to court. I promise they are going to give me my da# money back.

Scammers...DNT (do not trust!)
This is one of those companies that regularly changes their name and URL to attempt to trick you into thinking it’s not the same company. I ordered a dress from this company on their previous URL which was naychic.com in November. I was GUARANTEED I would receive the dress on time for my Christmas Eve wedding if I chose “expedited shipping” (which I did). I didn’t know about the Trust Pilot site then... now I check it for every online purchase I make (outside of brands I know and trust). I hounded and hounded them about my order as the wedding date drew closer and finally less than a week before, they advised, “this dress is out of stock.” So what, you didn’t know that when I ordered it a month ago? They said they “probably” let me know and maybe the email went into my spam folder. I check my spam folder every day. There was nothing. I still have not received a refund but I’m going to keep trying! They’re not keeping my money without a fight from me!
NOTE: Check the Facebook page for NAYCHIC... women have posted photos of the dresses they ordered and what they received, they look NOTHING and I mean NOTHING like what they ordered. Dresses so bad you wouldn’t wear them taking out the garbage!
