Batteries damaged, no support
I ordered 4 batteries (6s 1300 mah) for my fpv drone and after a few weeks all 4 batteries were broken. I can't charge them anymore. I got no full replacement from the support.

Avoid this company.
In September, I ordered a pack of 8th batteries. Local delivery company PortNord made an error and lost the package. Even with the proof of the error from PostNord, Ovonic was hesitating to deliver a replacement or return the money. As of today, 4th of January 2024, I still do not have a replacement or money for the ordered product which I did not receive.
Definitely avoid the order from this company.
Don’t buy the AA-batterys!!! I have bought 50 of the 2800mah. They have max 400mah and 46 are dead!!!! This is a scam!
