There was a mix up with the delivery but they made sure I got my father's casket on time the color was different but it still was beautiful overall I am happy with there service.

Overnight shipping, very fast delivery. 4 stars because casket did have a few dings was able to hide.

Having explored a number of casket websites,I found yours to be more in line with what met my expectations. That being, the one I uncovered was ultimately found myself dwelling on,and also timing was important for delivery. You fulfilled that wonderfully and upon delivery, there were no flaws or problems with the product. Was more than satisfied with everything.

This casket was even more beautiful in person, we received many compliments. The color scheme was fantastic, a mauve / light pink combo with some beautiful shine to it. The "Mother" emblem and rose designs were a perfect touch.

The casket was beautiful so many people ask me where did i get it from even the funeral director ask where I got it from, I ordered the casket over a holiday weekend, I was so nervous that the casket wouldn't be delivered on time for my brothers funeral the agent assured me it would be on time and it was a couple of days early, I felt like a weight was lifted off me, I will always recommend Overnight Casket to everyone except for the funeral director because I think they may try to order from the company and over charge the grieving family, I can't thank you guys enough, I hope you stay in business forever❤
