AVOID! My order hasn't shown up and the tracking number provided is invalid. I have emailed customer service 3 times and not received any reply. Really disappointed and have now contacted my bank ti try and recover the money they have taken.

Wrong product received, customer service ignore emails
Products look great and are good quality but the customer service is non-existent. I was sent the wrong product with a different design to what I'd ordered and what the packing slip stated. In trying to resolve this, all my emails to the company about it are being ignored for 2 weeks now so I'm stuck with it.
