Suzanna did a wonderful job of managing the situation we had going on. Openreach had a fault on the line running to our premises, which took a long time for them to fix. Suzanna was patient and took the time to keep me informed throughout the process, and eventually we got the bottom of the problem.
Once the issue had been fixed, the Overline team were quick to act to ensure our Fibre connection was up and running and fully operational in a good time frame.

I just wanted to share how impressed I’ve been with the help we received from Suzanne Fabian at Overline. From the moment Suzanne took over our account she made everything so straightforward. Telecoms can be a bit of a headache, but she took all the stress out of it and really knew what she was talking about.
What stood out most was how easy she was to deal with, no jargon, no pushing things we didn’t need, just honest advice and proper support. She kept us updated the whole way through and made sure everything was set up exactly how we needed it.
It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about getting things right, but Suzanne definitely does. I am really grateful for the help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs reliable and honest, shes a credit to the company and will go far with her career.

Well, what can I say. After much back and forth they agreed to no cancellation charges. Still awaiting my subject access report, but that isnt due yet. Lines get ported over to new provider tomorrow but I have had two days with no connection and, obviously, nobody is really that bothered as I am leaving.

Jack Beck was excellent. He grasped the problems quickly and put resolution into action immediately. He is also continuing to provide effective ongoing support.

We have consistently over the years found everyone in all departments at Overline to be very helpful and friendly, resolving problems quickly and following up to make sure that we are happy with everything. Not being very technical their tech team, Steve talked me through the transition set up to VOIP - would totally recommend.
Overline have always been attentive and quick to help when needed with setup and ongoing use. Recently met with Jack Beck who not only bought the drinks, but went out of his way to ensure our configuration was still fit for our needs. A rare quality indeed.
Watch what you are charged for. I have found numerous costs on my bills which I have had to chase to be refunded. Lots of added items that you are charged for that never make sense and charge you for things you don't need. We got stuck in a 5 year contract and whilst the customer service is good, you are lied and mis sold. Cancelling and changing provider is an absolute nightmare, they make it so difficult! They also kept taking money from us after the cancellation and through phone calls and emails that I can not get a response for or a credit sorted. Reporting to trading standards and ofcom.

I would give them 1 star to be honest due to their sales rep Bryan being a total..... unprofessional. Before the contracts signed he will promise you the whole world and whatever you want to hear. Once all signed he will do everything for later on today or latest tomorrow. I am still waiting for my only question/issue for about last 3 months. Southampton people just be carefull before you sign up for a 5 year deal. Support service is good and they solved the problems quite quickly. But having Bryan as a rep is doing them more damage then good, unless it is a common practice just to get you signed up.
