Ordered a certain style suite hard to find locally. Came in completely wrong. When I told them this they said simply that the style changed but they will update the listing. They want nothing to do with returning the item. Horrible customer service. You were warned.
This company has terrible customer service. Don't waste your money because when you need them and you have paid, forget trying to get help. I bought a new pair of boots that didn't exactly fit right and wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. Now they are ghost, can't get any help exchanging them. I wonder if I would even get my money back if I just returned them

I purchased a NEW 3 piece suit which was NEVER delivered (they actually said it was “Soiled”). However my Credit Card was CHARGED and it REQUIRED my CC bank to pursue the payment returned to my account.
My coat is torn and They refused to return it.
I ordered a suit for 170.00 which was supposed to be a whit suit with purple on the jacket pocket a purple Swede vest on the inside and a purple bow tie. I received a plain white suit with a piece of 2x2 purple cloth with some botton holes and a satin purple bow tie. When I called customer service the agent hung up on me and when I started the chat on their website no one responded for the 25 minutes I was waiting to get a response. Then when you call back customer service the automated system is updated not giving you the option to speak to a customer service representative instead telling you a sales person will be available. Then when you try to do the return on their website it’s stating that you have to pay a 10% or 20% restocking fee or get 100% store credit. I just received my order 10 minutes ago and it’s already a nightmare. Do not let them rip you off with false advertising! Someone asked me if I brought it from TEMU or SHEIN when they saw the picture that advertised and the suit that was sent to me. It’s so humiliating!!!!!!!
