My Titan arrived exactly when expected. The packaging and presentation were first class, as I would expect from a very professional company. I am finding the Titan very easy to use. Lightweight, sturdy and a visual deterrent to any thief. Probably the best on the market.

Used it 4 times, no issues then used it one night and it got stuck in my seat belt mechanism. Had to basically steal my own car at midnight to drive it home by removing the bolt and entire seat belt buckle to unfeed it through the steering wheel. And now the metals stuck inside the seat belt mechanism and I'm up for a while new assembly. Stay away from these they are trash.

Great lock wouldn’t have anything else

I bought the titan lock and tested it on the passenger seatbelt side first. Thank goodness I did- it would not unlock, I tried everything and others tried too.. I contacted customer support and they told me to send a video (which I did), they then confirmed it was faulty and told me to hire a locksmith to get this off! I asked for a refund and they told me I had to pay to send the lock back for inspection/ proof of it being faulty (what??) and would not refund me otherwise.. I’m currently waiting on a reply to my email quoting the Consumer act 2015…

Great deterrent, easily fits into center console when not in use.

This lock is easy to use, and "packs away" easily.
Also it is bright, so it stands out as a deterent.

Went out to a customer broke into it with a pair of small side cutters took almost no effort at all the metal cable is deceptivly small and seems to be magnified by the round rubber tube after seeing it off can see how a small hook tool would undo this in a flash

It seems very good. I hope to not find out if it is resistant to bolt croppers etc. Easy to fit,easy to take off. The seat belt lock part feels a bit flimsy. As a deterrent 10/10.

The lock arrived in time and packaged extremely well with inner and outer package. We brought 2 locks and both were easy to install and disconnect in different vehicles by the owners of the lock. One thing the post code was incorrect but the address was correct, but arrived on time.

What a fantastic piece of kit, so easy to get on and off, it gets used everywhere I go, it’s the extra security element for us, you have to make everything as burglar proof as possible and this just adds another level to our security, wherever we are, I use mine when I nip shopping, to the gym, on the drive because it is so quick to put on and take off, love the little pouch that came for free too for the keys, great bit of kit!

So easy to use !! And the bright colour is certainly a deterrent!!! Love it and the peace of mind it’s given me!!
