We bought an Outsunny 3m Banana Parasol which was kept under cover whenever not in use. Although we've had it for 4 years, it has hardly been used as we prefer to sit in the sun. The interior of the... See more

Wish I had read the reviews
I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the garden furniture.
Yes it was just a bistro set at a reasonable price, but the quality is not great. I am practical and have put together many pieces of flat pack furniture, but the instructions that came with the set were unbelievably poor. I thought it would take me maximum of an hour to put the 2 chairs and small table together, but no took over 3 hours.
Hi there I bought a Outsunny Gazebo in…
Hi there I bought a Outsunny Gazebo in 2020 just before the Pandemic hit. My husband and I put it together we loved it, until this year 2024 we had a hail storm and all the panels were damaged so, we were looking around for replacement panels and came across Asomo. They had Gazebo that were cheaper than the replacement panels would be so we ordered the same size Gazebo as we had before, within a week we had the Gazebo. The only problem was with the shipping company the destroyed the roof and we had to get another, customer service was great. One week later we had a full gazebo and a discount.
Pleasantly surprised
I read lots of negative reviews after purchasing an Outsunny set of garden furniture. I got the set at a good price from Groupon, but was worried they were going to be a bad purchase. I have been pleasantly surprised. The set was a bit fiddly to put together, but it looks lovely, the chairs are comfortable and I am really pleased with the whole experience. We haven’t had them long, so can’t comment on durability.
Rattan floor lamp
I bought the rattan floor lamp. The solar lamp panel with 15 lumins did not last long so i contacted them to buy a replacement but they do not stock any & unable to find any elsewhere. Beautiful lamp but a waste of money.
Please don't buy .
Outsunny shed 11x 8
Please don't buy .
spent 6 hours fixing it all together. Poor instructions very small screw and nuts and bolts
Terrible quality
Bought some garden table chairs from them - 6 chairs for a total of £460. They lasted one summer before the wood split and the chairs fell apart. Complete waste of money and replaced with Ikea NÄMMARÖ chairs which are far higher quality and much cheaper
Tempered glass patio table that my wife…
Tempered glass patio table that my wife bought last month literally exploded. I could even hear the glass crackling after on the ground. Exploded in every direction and almost hit my dog that was lying near by.
Bought a £170 gazebo
Bought a £170 gazebo, canopy after two years perished on the velcro then the material. Aosom not interested as out of warranty. Worse still they do not sell a replacement canopy for my model. Found suppliers online but very poor canopies. So after two years I'm having to buy a whole new gazebo.
If you sell any gazebos you should sell replacement parts for all of them !!
Worst instructions of any product I've…
Worst instructions of any product I've ever purchased. Bolts provided barely reach the recessed holes. Would not recommend for anyone that's not too savvy with assembling things.
Not waterproof
Bought a lot of patio furniture made by Outsunny. I left the cushions outside thinking they were waterproof. They are not. Each of the eighteen cushions now filled with rain water.
Missing the wheels that the doors slide…
Missing the wheels that the doors slide on, meaning that it is open to the elements.
I asked if they had a spare set but they said they didn't have any.
The metal guides for the wheels didn't have any pre drilled screw holes, but seeing as I can't use the doors it's a mute point!
Fabulous Garden Items
I looked everywhere for garden furniture. I knew what I wanted but couldnt find it and then stumbled across Outsunny. Exactly what I wanted!. Came really quickly and yes you do have to put together which could be tricky but if I can manage it anyone can. Its exactly what I wanted and also for the heavier person ideal too. Since then I have also ordered covers and lights and all have been top notch.
DO NOT BUY THIS METAL GARBAGE!!
Ordered an outdoor sofa, really poor instructions provided and distinguishing screws is a nightmare. The frames themselves are extremely flimsy and aren't even complimentary lengths so screws don't go in straight. No effort has been put into making the holes either. Complete waste of money, would not recommend.
Bad quality shed
Bought a garden shed, advertised as a sturdy item. First when it arrived no proper instructions were provided. You need to be a very pro dyv person to even attempt. I flagged this, they gave me £15 refund out of courtesy. Then few weeks later the door was already not working, cheap thing quality, simply deforms. They offered me £40 further refund to get a handyman to try fixing it. But it would not be help without a new door. So they instead sent a new door.
Now after a few month we were sorting things in the shed and had to throw away half of our stuff as it actually leaks all the rain in. Nothing will help that. Very disappointing experience foe over £230 item.
Metal Trash
I'm not gonna say a lot, only that outsunny metal sheds are flimsy, dangerous a world of pain to put up, bad instructions, too many screws, and are not the right size when erected,I ordered a 6ft 5 and got 5ft 9 company refused to exchange what was there mistake, offered a partial refund. The sheds look nice on paper, but are flimsy, metal comes creased, too many screws and no frame support. terrible instructions. ill stick to plastic in future.
Don't bother buying one.
Rubbish company to deal with so do not bother.
I bought a polytunnel order no 08-11391-89967,The frame was pretty good but I didn't put the cover on till break in weather allowed. The cover was wrong far too big and hardly any ventilation. After photos, emails and two phone calls, I was informed take £45 off the price and make do, or dismantle and they MAY send another .No spare covers in any warehouse anywhere could not take a cover from another which they are still selling. The attitude is really unhelpful, I kept pointing out money did not solve the problem of a cover on a frame not fitting
cheap imitation of original product
I purchased a replacement gazebo roof for my Outsunny gazebo it was a very loose fit so when it rained water pooled between the framework. There is drain holes but they are in the wrong place there is only a few velcro straps holding it to the frame. The previous replacement had rings every foot and tabs on the frame so was held taut and water couldn't puddle but it cost three times as much. I would gladly pay more for the better product this cheap one is rubbish and not worth buying. Sorry Outsunny but you need to make the better product available again.
Poor quality …
Just bought an outsunny manual retractable awning .Only had it up couple of days and the fabric looks awful , patches on the material. Not sure if its rain damage ior just poor quality material Really
disappointed with this and now trying to contact them. The patches look terrible and noticeable I'm upset as I had to pay a builder to put it up And iv I change it will have to pay again Poor quality
I assembled the green house Outsunny…
I assembled the green house Outsunny 200x76x168cm Walk-in Garden Greenhouse Plant Warm House w/ Roll Up Door and it seemed fine. The next day when I went to check my plants the back top pole (frame ) had bent and split. I asked out sunny if the had spares but alas not. The customer service was excellent. I managed to turn the damaged pole round and it was perfect, until that afternoon we has a very heavy down pour of rain. When I went out after it had stopped the pole was again bent and split. The back top pole needs a strengthener or stronger frame as it is rubbish and won't even hold a little rain. Shame because it is perfect for my needs but guess it will be going to the tip soon. 😪😪😪13/05/2024 Update, I managed to strengthen the back pole but It rained last night and the roof was filled with water and has stretched the plastic and also has a small hole in the roof, so disappointed. Great item if you live in a place were it does not rain :( I am a pensioner so it all i could afford, It would be perfect if a little stronger. :(
NO REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR OUTSUNNY
We bought two 20' x 40' outsunny tents for our son's wedding. Initially very happy with them, then after a few uses a pole was bent and some of the eyelets ripped so we contacted Aosom Canada, the parent company, to get replacement parts. We were informed we now have two lawn ornaments worth around $5,000.00 because THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR THEIR TENTS! WHAAAAAAAAAT the hell......
