After coming back to business after life treated me like a broken car aside the road Nathan came to me like a savior. I was a great fan of this but never needed that atleast I thought but after getting this my operational team building was super easy, its like plug, play and enjoy. Outsource School is the course and community for any online business owner ready to hire and grow with virtual assistants! Nathan and the team have made outsourcing and delegation not only simple, but incredibly effective. I initially joined to learn how to hire better, but the systems (what they call 'playbooks') have allowed my virtual executive assistant to take on more responsibility, freeing up my time to focus on growing the business as he follows the processes outlined in their playbooks.

The 'Onboarding' module was my favorite. It taught me how to set up a clear working schedule with my VA and emphasized the importance of communication and company culture. As someone who hadn't worked much with hiring offshore teams, those small details made a difference to me.

Outsource School is a tremendous resource if you'd like to manage your VAs better or are wondering how to do it before you get started for the first time. It will teach you to optimize your tools and processes to select the best VAs and manage them efficiently. Likewise, the Care+ service for recruiting VAs is an excellent time-saver for execs that are too busy to run their hiring process. Plus, you'll probably get better results than you would on your own. I signed up for Outsource School for the Podcast Outreach about a month ago and have been on an absolute roll.

In that time I've interviewed, onboarded, hired, and trained a new VA. I've also went on my first podcast yesterday, have 4 more booked over the next two weeks, and have a huge list of leads.

Soon my VA will be reaching out to the hosts, managing my inbox, and scheduling all of the appointments for me. It's a huge opportunity for me with minimal investment of time.
