Great item and fast delivery. I ordered a Gramicci t shirt that was out of stock in my size on the Gramicci website so was very chuffed to be able to get my hands on one! Would order with them again, especially as they stock stuff you can only get from the US.

Excellent service and delivery and the only place I could purchase Senchi Designs Hoodie. Super lightweight and love the zip bag it arrived in.

Ordered a £350 jacket from the outsiders store. It arrived with security tag still on meaning I could not give it as a gift as anticipated. Messaged the team and received a very patronising message saying they couldn’t sort it until the following week and they would offer me a £15 gift voucher. When I said I found they had not been helpful they replied with ‘no problem!’.
Such a shame as I like trying new stores for outdoor gear but I would solidly not recommend this store to anybody

No issues with order and shipping; item arrived as expected.

Although I was hesitant due to the overwhelming negative reviews regarding the treatment of orders, I decided to place an order despite the perceived risk, which proved to be the best decision. I cannot speak on other peoples experiences however i can only speak on my own, which was perfect without any issues, fast delivery, perfect quality product, and good all-round service.

Ordered a pair of Chaco sandals. Very happy with the fit. Outsider has an amazing selection of hiking equipment.

Terrible service took my money and didn't have the product instock then lied and said they can get it from another branch as they had it instock and would have it sent straight to me on the day the trainers was ment to be delivered i called to find out they didnt have them atall AVOID!!!!!!!

I had ordered a very expensive CAYL jacket several months ago and the zip came off the front. Could no longer find the email or order details so called up and spoke with the most helpful person that has ever worked in customer service. Under 2 days later I am wearing the new replacement jacket. I honestly don't know if some of the reviews on here are even for the same company. First-class service from Outsiders returns. Will definitely use them again in full confidence. Thank you

Same as other reviews, product claimed to be in stock but received an email from them informing me they couldn't find it in their inventory.

Slow to inform and now the item is out of stock elsewhere. Very disappointing.

If you want your order guaranteed, place it elsewhere.

Review is for website but...Had an issue with a wrong pair of shoes being sent out, but honestly Stefan in the contact dept was so so great and a pleasure to deal with this wasn't a problem at all. He instantly sent our a QR code so I could send back and my correct size and model were out straight away. The chat back and forth was very personal and made up for everything, apologetic and positive. He followed up to check in that all had been OK and asked about the shoes and how they'd got on over wet weekend etc. Real people who care about the clothes, selling some of the best garms about, everything looks so good and is of the highest quality. My boots have been a treat to wear. Thanks Stefan

Ordered/paid for the item only to receive no update for over a week on the status of the order. Contacted the store and they advised they had had issues “trying to source” the item they had already sold me? Pathetic customer service received after I raised the issue, whereby they tried to steer me away from email and said I needed to phone them to arrange my refund. Avoid like the plague, just a drop-ship company that sells items they do not actually have in stock.

FALSE ADVERTISING FOR LIMITED EDITION TRAINERS THAT THEY DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE. TERRIBLE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Took a whole week for them to let me know that they didn't ever actually have the item - obviously using some kind of drop ship model and doubt their have genuine connections with suppliers. Cowboys and con artists

I ordered two pairs of shoes - the courier lost them. Outsiders said the courier (DPD) would need to investigate and they'd let me know in 6 days. I've been patient and have waited - 6 days have passed and no resolution. Tried to call numerous times today but no response. DON'T BUY FROM HERE - THEY TAKE THE P*SS!

I bought Kavu women’s clothing on sale: great sale price, website easy to navigate, fast delivery and outer packaging no plastics. Overall very happy with my purchases and experience, I will happily buy from Outsiders again.
