I purchased a toy car for my son and at first couldn't figure out how to work it and thought that it wasn't made correctly however when I got in touch with ride on toys I discovered that it was correctly made just didn't have the correct instructions to get the remote control working or the car to move, but with the help of ride on toys we managed to resolve it rather quickly and is in full working order, even though my son can't use it yet in time he will, my son has complex needs which limits him in thing's he can do at the moment my son is too young to be put in it too as his only 8 month's old. I can hardly wait for him to enjoy it as I want to spoil him for all the hell his getting with having to have a lot of surgeries for different things.

This company has given me the best service i have ever recieved. I ordered a ride on car for my nephew and it came within 48 hours. It was so easy to put together so my nephew didnt have to wait around for hours while we did it! Wouldnt recommend anybody else!

Looking on the website for a ride on toy, I was unable to decide so contacted the company. They recommended a toy that best suited what I needed. Placed the order and was fully updated for the process till receiving the order two days later. Would highly recommend and definitely will be buying from them again.

Appalling Customer Service
We ordered an 8ft Bestway pool and the item came fitted with an EU 2-pin and not a UK 3-pin plug. This is a violation of the Sockets Safety Regulations Act, 1994. When I contacted the company about this they suggested I buy an adaptor which, as the unit is used near water, is highly dangerous!
Also the pool had a puncture the first time I blew it up. There suggestion was to put a repair patch on it. I would expect it to last longer than getting it out the box before having to use a puncture repair patch!
Avoid this company at all costs. Appalling customer service.

Great and fast service 5*+
Placed an order for a kids 6v ride on motorbike at 8pm on Tuesday 9th June. I received instant confirmation via email, did go to spam but I knew to check. I received my invoice via email within an hour. I was emailed 1pm Wednesday to say courier had picked my parcel up. Various updates through Wednesday on my parcels progress from couriers. This was then delivered Thursday at 11.55am. Unable to build the bike up yet as its a birthday present for my son. I have looked inside the box and all seems OK and packed well. 100% happy with my service from point of sale to after care, where I got a prompt response to my email I had sent after receiving my parcel. Thanks ride on cars. We will definitely be ordering again.

It really does saddens me that people become such keyboard warriors when they're not happy about something. People never find the time to give positive feedback, they only get a kick out of giving a negative one to try and destroy a business when something doesnt quite go their way.
Anyway.....
I cant praise Ride on Toys enough. If I could give them 10 stars or even a million stars I would.
I bought a ride on car for my son back in February and the service was absolutely fantastic.
I called customer service who were very informative helping me decide which would be more suitable as my son is 3 and quite tall for his age.
The car arrived next day with a courier!!!
A couple of days into having it I accidentally broke the wire on the charger, when I rang them to explain what I had done and if I could purchase another one, they were extremely helpful and sent me out a replacement one. (again next day!! - people expect it with an amazon prime service, but these guys are quick and dont even charge for postage)
During lockdown as a family we decided to buy a 16ft pool for the garden, so I placed my second order with Ride on Toys and was informed via their website that it was a preorder and there maybe a delay due to covid-19.
WOW WOW WOW.....
I was kept posted every step of the way by their customer service as to when it would arrive.
It arrived like my first order did so fast, it was almost unbelievable.
This company are amazing and deserve a huge pat on the back.
It just proves that if they only have 3 reviews and all negative, its down to keyboard warriors that want something for nothing. This company must do 1000's of orders each month, but people cant be bothered to give credit where credits due.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU Ride On Toys!!!! I will definately recommend you and will certain be back to do my Xmas shopping.

Be prepared for issues if you need assistance/refund
Delivery in fairness was very good, and came in couple of working days. That's all the positives done.
I purchased a ride on toy, when assembling the rear wheels would not lock on. One eventually did...just, but the other could not go on.
After emailing and calling for three days a response came by email asking for photos of the fault. I had already explained at length the fault in my original email and the fault could not be shown in a photo. With no advice on how this could be resolved forthcoming, a return was agreed with rideontoys arranging the pickup. It's now been almost two weeks waiting for collection, and my emails chasing this have been ignored.
I am now having to go through my card issuer to make a claim whilst having a very large box in my garage in the meantime.
If you receive a working item then I expect it will be a good service, but be prepared for issues if there are any faults or you need help post-sale.

Absoloutely disgusted with this company. I placed an order 4 weeks in advance of the date needed for my nephews birthday knowing the current delays etc in place. I received a dispatch notice on the 7th of May and after the long weekend of 22nd May I delayed contact to the company until 26th May. So 3 weeks between dispatch email and contact date. No delivery. I phoned the company and was told my order had no tracking number. Convenient... the gentleman on the phone said he would look into this and call me back within half an hour, between half an hour later and the 28th May i had no returned call nor did i manage to successfully get to speak to anyone as the phone lines were down due to warehouse demand. I then finally managed o get through this morning (28th May) and spoke to Helena, she was polite and helpful. She said she would investigate and call me back. An hour and a half later i returned the call due to my previously unsuccessful attempts. Helena answered my call and informed me the director said to issue me a refund as it wasn't fair to keep me waiting!!! What is unfair is that the basic management and record keeping of this company fails to implement an across the board system of allocating a tracking number to each customer order because "they know which couriers deliver certain items". Well it's a shame they can't track my order! Now i am going to have to explain to a 3 year old who is already confused in these strange times why his auntie hasn't brought him a birthday gift. Absolutely appalling company practice and customer service. Don't waste your time!
