I bought a ticket for an event in London from them but they refused to let me in for no reason. No refund given.

Love OutSavvy!
Use it all the time for my ticketing as an event organiser and have never had any issues. Great company and support is brilliant.
Reviews on here all look fake.
fake bingo adverts for a place that doesn't host. or have the licence to. fake reviews from A list celebrities, buy dont buy, go to the place it is meant to happen call them and double check first!
Selling tickets to a fraud event claiming to be body positive however its a cover for a feeder fetish night was advertising as provider sex rooms then took the story down from instagram @two_tons_of_fun at the city of quebec pub
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! My tickets don’t show up in the app or on the website…even though I’ve followed the link from emails THEY sent!!!! Want to sell one of my tickets to a sold old event with a waiting list and CAN’T!!!
Event organisers DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE…it’s been a frustrating nightmare!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
I bought a ticket to the August 2024 Margate Pride event, and it charged my credit card, and I received a PDF but the PDF does not open (errors say it's not even a PDF) so I have no visible ticket: the organisers won't reply when I email them asking what I should do. Outsavvy and their partners collecting money smells to me like a scam; I hope my credit card will refund me this possibly-stolen money.
Outsavvy states that it has a 60 day refund policy. I booked and paid for a retreat but then had to cancel because the additional accommodation couldn’t process my debit card payment. They wanted me to send them my debit card details and pin so that they could chip and pin my payment. This is the biggest scam on the internet. Anyway I complained to the organisers and they cancelled my Outsavvy booking and the accommodation. This was well within the 60 day full refund cancellation period as stated on Outsavvy’s website. However they have refused to refund me their extortionate fees. What a scam. Yet another ripoff ticket booking agency.
