I ordered 3 pieces for my husbands upcoming birthday, the ring was a little large so I needed to order the next size down.
I was on a time constraint so outlaws agreed to a green exchange and refunded me 50% of the ring cost which isn’t usually the done thing when pieces are bought using a deal! The customer service and quick response knows no bounds with Outlaws Amsterdam! The pieces are stunning and high quality, I know my husband is going to be a regular customer after he receives his gifts.

Issue with refund and customs but customer service was great
There was an issue with postage when returning an item with European customs which resulted in the item being sent back to me and ultimately I wasn't refunded. My partner reached out to the team and spoke with Sam who was absolutely fantastic in the way he dealt with my query. As I couldn't be refunded they issued me with 50% value of the refund as store credit and covered my return postage fee as store credit as well. Whilst I appreciate the customs issue was out of their control, I feel like the returns policy needs to be better outlined on the website for people ordering outside of the EU.

The team kept up with me after I paid and while my package took a while to get to me; communication was great 👌🏾. The rings however are beautiful just like the images and fits true to size and fits good. I have only had em for about a week, but so far I can’t complain. Keep up the good work Outlaws

I received a Dragon style bracelet…
I received a Dragon style bracelet £40(which funnily enough i can't find on the website anymore) similar to the "dragon bite" one but chunkier and shiny. First off the little plastic packet it came in was covered in Chinese writing. I don't have a problem with chinese goods when im shopping for them but i was under the impression these came from Europe. Secondly the open mechanism is so sensitive that even a slight amount of pressure on the top of it and it unclips. Fallen off multiple times. I understand i received a more cheaper item than whats up for grabs but i was a little miffed.i also don't think the metal is top quality as it gives off a bit of a strange smell however it never discoloured my skin. Just be a bit careful when buying from these guys. (Received as a birthday present)

Good ring nice design comfortable love it . People say you get them cheaper elsewhere . Maybe so but I think the interaction from the company and customer service is really good . Took 10 days to arrive which isn't an issue but bear in mind order early if for a special occasion. Very happy with it all good would buy again from them .
