Outfittery clearly bought the Stitch…
Outfittery clearly bought the Stitch Fix database when Stitch Fix went out of business. IF there was communication with SF customers then it was oblique and hidden away. I certainly did not want Outfittery to have my details. It is proving impossible to cancel after several attempts through different channels. I received a box of clothes I neither ordered or wanted and as a warning, the clothes are very cheap, synthetic fabrics. Essentially Outfittery is purposely making it almost impossible to cancel a subscription that I never set up or wanted.

Forced charges
I didn't authorize them to add me as a customer when they bought a company I was using and now they are forcing an order without letting me cancel.

Awful Order Experience- Charged for Items Never Recieved
After having my details transferred from Stitchfix, and a reasonable experience on the first order
, the second order has been awfully managed. No matter what preferences I set on my next order box, the default clothes were sent out anyway. On top of this, the poor website interface indicated that my default billing and delivery addresses were my correct address (I had received one successful order previously to my correct home address). However, for this order, every confirmatory email referenced a completely unrelated address, but at an identically named town 500 miles away - however my account details showed the correct default delivery address- how this completely random address entered into my account I have no idea. When the order was dispatched it never reached my correct home address, and I never acknowledged receipt of the package - I assumed it was sent to this completely unrelated address. I contacted Outfittery who confirmed the order was on its way back to them. I also asked for my account to be cancelled. Having never received the parcel, I have now been informed I owe £44.99 for one item I have ‘kept’, after never receiving any parcel. I cannot recommend this company at all - how they can charge me for items I have never received, due to a fault that sits completely with them seems like a scam. I am just grateful the amount was not more. Their whole approach seems completely random and disorganised.

Is not a great as it used to be
After being a client since 2013 and forty-plus orders later, I have to admit I am disappointed. The model just does not work anymore and I am not sure where to start:
1. Let's start with the product. I used to get great clothing and great brands from them. The selection has become limited with several house brands being pushed. Nothing against the house brands (to be clear, the quality is fine) but it means the selections one can make are limited.
2. Communication. If you reply to emails from them (I once replied asking for a pending order to be cancelled), there is no reply. There is a number to call but it is only available Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 6pm. Hint: most of us work during those hours, and focus on things like shopping for clothing after hours and weekends.
3. Selection of Outfits. I thought this was getting better but alas. I received an email before my last order with a link to a form to indicate preferences. So I have my preferences including that I wanted business (casual) outfits and no polo shirts. When my preselection was made available to me online, three pairs of shorts and polo shirts. At least I could cancel these online on the system but it meant at the end I was sent 4 items.
4. Process. Honestly, it is slow and clumsy (except for the 24 hours they give you to OK your selection - heaven forbid you have other plans that day!). And then it takes a while to be sent (and once it took such a long time that half of my selection had to be replaced by "equivalents" as some of the original selection was longer in stock. Great.
I think I will stop there for now, but honestly, the company is not living up to what it once was, and what it could be.
It is a real pity as some of my favourite outfits came from them...

Shocking!!!
Shocking!!!! I have created an account and got charged £100, it has been a month, I haven't received my order either any communication from them with next steps. I have sent 4 emails asking about next steps, 1 got answered by a very rude person with a very short answer and 0 assistance, after that I am being ghosted. Please avoid! I ordered with them as recommended by someone, shame I didn't check reviews. And the app now is all in German... Just great....

Received a package of clothes I did not…
Received a package of clothes I did not order. Had a previous account with Stich Fix which I cancelled a year previously. Obviously they just took my account details, which is unacceptable. Now I have to send it back which is an inconvenience I would rather not have.

Sending me a box I did not ask for.
Don't answer phone.
How do I get these people to delete my details?
Edited to add that Outfittery hasn't solved anything. They say my details were bought from Stitch Fix who I had not used for a long time and was not currently subscribing to. This does not solve anything! I had to make an hour round trip to return the box and am still waiting for them to process it and delete my account. I still have not been able to get through on the phone. In addition, I asked for an official complaint to be opened and this request has been completely ignored.

Taken a large payment unauthorised
I have received 2 boxes; the first time I was told I had kept items I didn't I figured it was a mistake however, the second time they've now charged me £390 for items I never kept and I'm getting no contact back from the numerous customer contact emails sent stating this payment has been taken without authorisation and is for items I haven't kept. If I don't hear back soon I'll have to take action through the bank. Absolutely disgraceful service. There's no option to take payment method off the account and no UK contact number.

Scam- Another Stitch Fix victim
Another Stitch Fix victim.
Received a parcel of clothes I never agreed to. Spent a couple of days figuring out how/why and setting up access to an account I never knew I had to reject/return parcel.
Then have been charged for keeping an item I did not keep - so my nightmare begins. Eagerly await a reasonable response to the email I’ve sent them.
In addition to this the clothes were NOTHING like anything I’d wear even in my own coffin. Find it odd that my credit card details were “ethically” sold on (doubt this is legal) but my style/taste in clothes, fabric allergies and correct sizing was not! Clothes also ridiculously overpriced when compared to Stitch Fix.
Have cancelled all future parcels.
The website won’t let me remove/update my payment method though - surely this is not legal either.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality!
While visiting my brother in Germany, I randomly ordered from Outfittery. Despite of some initial hiccups in the experience, I was pretty surprised the product quality and i decided to even keep three products from the box. My brother, shreyas, did intially cajole me into buying because he loves the product quality and i am so glad i did. especially the brand Aada Studios. I wish I had gotten more products! You should start a wing here in the US!

Awful company.
Awful company.
They do not answer the phone
They do not respond to emails
They do not have the option to cancel the service via their app.
They do keep sending unsolicited boxes of clothes.
They do threaten debt collection for the unsolicited boxes of clothes.
They do appear to break GDPR regulations.
This is possibly one of the worst-run organisations I have ever dealt with and has caused a-lot of stress in my life at a time I do not need it.
Never deal with this organisation.

This company is awful
This company is awful. I never signed up to them. They are trying to charge me for a box of clothes I never received or ordered. £440 in total
I have emailed them numerous times, no reply not answering the phone either.
They are now threatening to send the debt collectors in.
Incredibly stressful, all for something I never signed up for.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. It’s made me so made that this is the first time I have ever written a negative review.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
This company is the worst I have ever dealt with
- Breached GDPR to obtain my details
- sent a box of clothes I had not ordered
- ignored emails to arrange collection to return it
- applied pressure to pay for box
- eventually returned box, which was acknowledged as returned, but now receiving threatening letters around debt collection
REPLY TO MARIA : I'm unable to share my customer number and order number as I've never ordered anything from this company - hence my complaint !! I've already emailed Laura this morning, and about 2 months ago - still waiting a response to the earlier mail.

This company is absolutely awful BEWARE sent me parcel and I haven’t even signed up with them now sending me debt collector letters !!!
This company is absolutely awful . They sent me clothes that i did not order . Just as they sent it i found out that my mum had 4 weeks to live with cancer . I emailed them saying i had to leave the country to be with my mum and was very confused at receiving this parcel that i never signed up for . I received no reply .
I get back to an email demanding payment . I tried to call them twice and got cut off , I then emailed them again asking them to take their parcel back that I never asked for
. My mum had just passed away and I really didn’t need this unnecessary stress . I took time out of my day to take the parcel back and posted it using their return label . I asked them to acknowledge receipt and asked them to remove me from their mailing list that I had never asked to be on .
Radio silence again and still receiving marketing emails .
I get home from work today to a letter from a debt collector demanding payment .
I have rang the debt Collector and left a message to say how upsetting this all this (again this is a parcel I never asked for which has been sent back ages ago )
Outfitters , please resolve this urgently before I take this matter further . I am absolutely devastated by the loss of my mother and I’m spending all my time chasing you in my own time for something that was never requested by me in the first place .

Horrible Company
They said they shipped the items and that they were delivered by I never received them. I contacted customer service and they sent an auto response saying "Our support team is currently receiving an increased number of requests due to unexpected circumstances. Unfortunately, this means that we have not yet been able to process your ticket"

Outfittery fury
I have a familiar story to most of the others reviews here.
My data was also sold by Stitch fix unknowingly and then one day an email drops in my inbox informing me that a box was on it ways from a company I never heard of, and an invoice attached.
Loathed to click the attachment, I googled to company Outfittery and it seemed to be genuine. I immediately sent them an email to enquire why I had received an email from them and was it a scam and they immediately replied with instructions to cancel the order.
I was perplexed. Following some further googling, to my horror, I discovered my data was sold and a company I never heard of had sent me an order totalling £430.
I then found some further emails dating back 1 week in my junk when an account had been created for me.
I accessed the account by a password reset and stopped future orders immediately.
I sent several more emails over the next few days to try and resolve the situation but these went unanswered. I cancelled my bank card and deactivated my PayPal so they could not take money from me.
Taking advice from other people posting online, when the box arrived, I rejected the delivery and took proof on my phone of the postman's parcel device. This was so I could not be accused of keeping items I had returned.
I then printed and a cancellation form from the website and wrote on it I wanted my account cancelled, also written in the emails I sent, and I sent this to their address in Germany.
It's a now a few weeks on and I have received a notification that the account is cancelled.
I hope this helps others resolve their situation.
It's a shame this business is running like this, when these issues started in Feb and they are still going on now in May, seem to be making life difficult for its own staff.

This company is disgraceful
This company is disgraceful. I was a previous stitch fix customer and joined Outfittery. A box of clothes turned up which I did not want. I attempted to send the clothes back with the pre paid return label and the box was returned to me as it could not be delivered. I emailed Outfittery in March to cancel my subscription and no one replied to my email. I eventually got an email agreeing to remove all of my data and I did not hear anymore. I have had £496 taken from my account through paypal on 21st May with no further communication from Outfittery. I have emailed them requesting a refund and have my money returned and have had an automated response telling me that no one is available to answer due to high volume of emails. I opened a dispute with paypal to get my money back and paypal have declined my case. This is extremely stressful with such a large sum of money being taken unauthorised from my account. Do not use this company.
I have replied to you today and have received yet another automated reply. Please reply and refund my money
