We have been sent a box that we didn't ask for (we have never interacted with this company before), the box has been sent back and there has been a charge of £500, these people need to be in jail together with the people who gave them our card details

Taken £450 out of my account for a box I didn’t order and asked them to collect
Like many here I had used Stitch Fix previously. Recieved a box of clothes from Outfittery out of the blue and having not agreed to this. I wrote to Outfittery saying I had no ordered the box and asked for an explanation as to why it had been delivered (I had not activated an account when they had emailed me to invite me to do so). They ignored my email then debited £450 from my account (that being more than £200 more than any stitch fix box I ever received) - must have been given to them by Stitch Fix. I did not agree to them receiving my bank details from Stitch Fix. I wrote to them asking them to collect the box and return the money because it was unsolicited but I have had no reply - it appears that they only reply to people who make complaints online, which is pretty poor customer service. I will be looking into what regulations this is in breach of as I did not give OutFittery my bank details so it is pretty outrageous that they have taken £450 out of my account.

This company is absolutely appalling
This company is absolutely appalling! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Not only they did not read what I described as items I would like to receive, and they sent items that have nothing to do with my request; they have attempted to charge me twice my account for over £500 for all the items that I have returned- which were all the items. I did not keep any. I have emailed this company 3 times, did not have a reply and they are still trying to take the money out of my account. It is seriously bad. With the time I am spending trying to sort this out, I would rather go for a day around shops buy things I liked and not think any more about it. Do not use this business. I would give half a star if I could.

I was a previous Stitch customer and…
I was a previous Stitch customer and thoroughly loved the service and was disappointed when they ceased the business but I was happy to give Outfittery a try. My first box from them contained outfits that were way too expensive and completely not my style so I sent everything back immediately. I have since received an email confirming the returned items but have been charged £130 for a pair of boots I didn't keep. The boots were hideous and not my style at all and were the first thing I put back in the box, because of the price of each item I checked and double-checked that everything went back in. I even filled out the online form so they knew what I was returning. After seeing a couple of reviews I am starting to worry that they are trying to pull the wool over their customer's eyes and sneakily charging people for items that have been returned but stating they weren't. £130 is a lot of money, and I have never and will NEVER spend that amount on any shoes, I am now concerned they won't get back to me and refund my account as looking at people's reviews they just aren't getting back to people.

So far not great
So far not great, was with stitch before which was excellent, first box arrived (not overly impressed with choice) anyway kept 1 of the 4 items. However on sending back 3 of them charged me for 2 of the items. Can’t contact via phone. Haven’t responded to emails yet I have been over charged. App is slow and clunky at best of times and very buggy. Over charge after reading other reviews it seems is a common issues. Just avoid them, stick with asos or something

Criminals
This so-called business received their clothes back on 11th March and I STILL have not received my refund. The amount totals £394. This is a large sum of money that you have stolen from me. I can honestly say you have truly caused me such anxiety and stress. You are the most repulsive company I have ever had to deal with. If I do not receive my money back by the end of tomorrow (19/03/24), I will resume legal action against you.

Who even are Outfittery?
I have received an email saying that Outfittery had succesfully delivered “my box”. Having no idea as to who Outfittery were I looked the business up and found they are a clothes subscription service, and I’d received a large amount of spam emails from them. On further investigation, they’d taken it upon themselves to post, completely of their own will and due to no order or acceptance from myself, almost £1000 worth of clothes to my old address.
Given that this business clearly has my personal details, again through no authorisation from myself, I’m concerned I will be charged the £1000 which I cannot afford.
I’ve called multiple times including for 90 mins on hold, without answer. I’ve emailed 3 times without reply. This is a crazy situation and I’m very worried this will cost me money. I have demanded the business deletes all details of mine from their system and have taken the matter up with citizens advice. I’ll update further as and when.

Returned entire box but still charged????
I was a previous Stitch Fix customer (which I loved). I had no awareness that Outfittery were taking over Stitch Fix until I received a box that I hadn’t requested. As I hadn’t requested the box, I didn’t like any of the items that were in it, and the price difference between Stitch Fix and Outfittery was, what I felt, unreasonable I returned it the same day I had received it. I was even more surprised to find that today I have been charged £78 for something I didn’t even keep.
I checked the app to see if there were any information regarding an invoice, a charge, an item i had kept(which I had not), and there was absolutely nothing detailed in the account. From the other reviews here, it appears the transition from stitch fix has not been a smooth one.Absolute shambles.

Absolute joke of a company
Received an email saying my box was on the way. I have never knowingly ordered anything from Outfittery. I received an invoice attached for an alarming amount of over £500 worth of clothes- I wouldn’t order that much and certainly not menswear.
I sent an email to customer service straight after that email with no response, just “we’re experiencing a high number of inquiries”- I bet you are!
I sat on hold yesterday with customer services with no answer.
I have replied to the “stylist”, no answer.
I changed address 3 months ago so this box has not only been sent and delivered to an address on an account I didn’t know I had until last weekend, the person at that old address has accepted the parcel with me having no way of contacting them! I’m hoping someone from Outfittery will see this!!

Avoid at all costs
Like many reviews before me, I was a loyal and happy stichfix customer. When the service switched to Outfittery, they sent me a preview of a box but never sent the items.
Outfittery then charged me £400 for the contents, despite me contacting them five times about the missing delivery. Fortunately American Express refunded me their fraudulent charge, but Outfittery has since harassed me several times to pay for items that I never received. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
--update 23 Apr 2024--
Per the response below, yes, the company has been in touch with me about my issue TO THREATEN ME WITH A COLLECTION NOTICE. I have never received any products from the company and have notified them as such several times.

Unsolicited and unwanted. Luckily I cancelled before they sent it. Not sure on the legality of this company. I’ve not got any contract with them.

Charged for items returned and no contact
As with others i was a Stich fix ex customer, an Outfittery box arrived out of the blue which I returned and closed out via the app. I was then charged £594.00. I have e-mailed and got an automated response and the phone line just states they are in training.

Stay away
Received an email to say I had a selection on its way.
Then another email to say a delivery was failed to be delivered 2 days later.
Then another email to say it was successful the next day.
Nothing had been delivered. I emailed the company 2 days later to ask for someone to investigate what has gone on, and asked for proof of delivery. No response……
I emailed again 5 days later, and still no response!!
I receive an email to say a payment is overdue and I have missed 2 letters and have 10 days to pay before the debt will be passed to collectors ….
I call the number, no one answers.
I email the finance email to ask them what is going….surprise surprise, no one has replied!
Will never use this company again.
I need this revolving.

receiving a box (to the wrong address) that I have never given permission to send me
a previous stitch fix customer I have ignored all emails from outfittery but yet somehow there is a box on its way to me - that I was not in to receive today. a card with info on this has been left at the wrong address according to the email - so well done outfittery you have bought customer data and then mucked it up. good luck getting any payment from me as there's no way my bank details will still be the same and I am not sure legally you can just decide to send someone something they have no contract with you for and without their permission and then send it to the wrong place and charge them money for it - AVOID these scammers.

DO NOT order, customer services is non existent
Being a stitch fix customer I expected the same service - big mistake! The website looks great and simple to use. I sent back my three items a month ago. Then this week received email stating payment of £115 being taken. I emailed customer services to query as I had returned the complete box. Nothing - tried to phone during their 8-5 opening hours to find answer phone states 9-5. Due to work commitments, didn’t get to phone until 4.30pm and answer message stated staff training!! The next day I find they have refunded back £73 out of the £115 taken. I am still trying to contact about the £42 and why my account states this was a kept item. Really disappointed in this company, will be deleting my account and making sure all my friends who were stitch fix customers steer clear!!

Really not a good experience with this…
Really not a good experience with this company. I ordered a box and returned half the items. Got a link to pay for what I kept but it didn’t work. Tried to reach out to customer services but had no response. Then got a payment demand letter with a link that didn’t work. Emailed again, no response. I’m now on my third payment demand letter with a link to pay which doesn’t work and doesn’t link to my account or my order but they are threatening to go to debt collection. Another two emails to customer service and no response! Very cross about this, but not sure what to do.

Awful customer service
I was a previous Stitchfix customer and was really disappointed when they ceased trading last year, so I was initially pleased when I received an email saying Outfittery would be continuing the service. However my first (and last!) experience with them has been dreadful. While the box of items were all quite nice, they were all well over what I would usually pay for clothing so decided to send them all back, apart from one pair of shoes. I completed the online form to reflect this, but then found the shoes elsewhere cheaper so also included them in the returns box along with everything else. Unfortunately, there was no option to update the returns form to show this, but I assumed whoever checked the stock back in would mark it as returned. This is not the case. I have been hounded for payment of this item ever since, and despite emailing four different times (to 2 different emails addresses), completing the contact us form on the website and calling to explain the situation, I have still not heard anything back. I am now really worried this is going to end up affecting my credit score in some way. Customer service is severely lacking and I would avoid this company at all costs.
EDIT 19/03/2024
Customer services have finally replied to my emails and have resolved the billing issue.

Watch out for your data and extra charges!
Another person here who got charged for an item I didn't keep. Still waiting for a response from Customer Services.
Was a previous Stitch Fix subscriber...sadly Outfittery have not matched up to the great service we had previously.
I also think they are possibly misusing people's data. I activated an account with them and received an order - my husband was also a Stitch Fix subscriber (I referred him) but he has never opened an account with Outfittery. A week after I received my box, my husband received one out of the blue! He has never given them any details such as sizing or even payment details!
