Absolute scam! Don’t do it!

I received a cardigan that was a very cheap, digital, not so good "copy" that was nothing like the image or description. Then the fun started. After back and forth emails offering me a 5% refund then up to 20%, they then allowed me to post the item back at a $50 postage cost to China and are now telling me they will only refund the item NOT the postage as per our agreement.

Not a legit website. Charged for the items by PayPal even when I told them right away, I had been scammed. Still hoping to get $$ back. PayPal gave me an email address but I can't post it.

I hope this is the right trustpilot for outdoors-online.uk.com i had a very good experience with them. I rang up to check if there was stock of the rab jacket i wanted, the lady on the phone was very polite and helpful. I made my order online with not guaranteed 24 hour courier and it came the day after so it was well worth that extra cost. Love the jacket its very good quality at a very competitive price! Great all round experience would recommend!

WOW!!! Where can I start with just how badly wrong this company has it. The most non customer centric organisation I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Ordered a Women’s RAB Electorn jacket, delivery with 7 days supposedly. Call to enquire where my delivery is, the internet manager as she liked to call herself answered the call. Her attitude was disgusting and her default answer to my enquiry regarding the where a bouts of my order was , it hasn’t been shipped yet , we do not have it for RAB. Followed by do you want to wait or cancel the order???!!! She couldn’t even tell me how long the extra wait time would be for the order to be delivered. Apauling customer service.Do not use this company!!! TERRIBLE!!!

Ordered a Rab jacket 5 days ago after I found it for the best price via this website.
Free delivery and arrived today, all well within promised timescales.

Verrrrry BAD!!!! Ordered 2 yeti handles 12/6/2016 it's now 5/8/2017!!!!! Are you kidding me????? The beastards!! They'll get their comeuppance! Ace holes! I'm soooo angry! I should have checked them out! Now it's called outdoorsonline.com, it used to be campingandfishingoutlet.com.... Do not order!!!!! Won't deliver! Total scam,

Ordered item on Cyber Monday (Nov. 28), billed immediately. Two weeks later emailed to find out when to expect the product. After many days, they informed me that it would SHIP in 5-8 days. Asked if I could expect it for Christmas...crickets. Suddenly, the day after my bank reversed the charge (over a month after purchase), they emailed me that part of the order shipped. I ordered a Yeti tumbler with a lid. So naturally, they shipped the lid. Not a lot of good it does without the cup. It's now been 3 months and I have a lid. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

I have ordered from this company for the first time and it's been a month, and I still haven't received my merchandise. Reviews on their site are all positive....but if you Google the company, you'll see a lot of negative reviews. I sure wish I'd read those negative reviews...I would have never placed an order! I'll never order from them and would NOT recommend them to anyone!
