I ordered a jacket trough Amazon on your sellers page. The item did not arrive on time as stated it would come on the 21st or the 22nd of February. It came today the 24th of February. I wrote a to them and they just got smart with me from the get go saying it's not our fault it the carrier's they use. Well I am sorry but it is your fault as it is you choosing to send with them not me. Then you send a email saying you sent it on the date you said you would the 19th of (January) Please check your dates we are in February. See it might have been better for you to start with a simple sorry but no. Like I wrote back to you I would let other people know of the service I received. So here you go.

Dear customer,
We are sorry that you have not received the goods on time as expected.The order was placed on Tuesday 18 February. We shipped on February 19th (not January 19th, sorry for the mistake!). The shipping time is not unusual. The shipment arrived in Denmark on Friday. It was delivered by Post Nord on Monday, probably the weekend caused this delay.
We are very careful to choose reliable and fast shipping service providers. Overall we have a very good and fast delivery time. This is confirmed by many of our customers in their reviews.
That this did not work out in your particular case is unfortunate and we can well understand the frustration.
