I do lots of research when I'm looking to purchase outdoor clothing. I have bought from Outdoor Clothing a few times now and find thier prices are very competitive and delivery timescales are excellent. I would highly recommend them.

First of all - Outdoor Clothing do not pester customers for Trust Pilot reviews, which I feel is an imposition, leading to inflated ratings.

Secondly, I bough a pair of walking boots for my wife at a very generous, genuine discount. They were too small. The return process was easy. The refund it my account very quickly. I ordered a larger pair; the company notified me that they had experienced an IT problem, which would delay delivery a day or two and as a result, they refunded my postage.

An excellent example of how a business should be run. Great value; Great communication; Great customer service & integrity.

I bought a jacket which was excellent value compared to some other websites and it was delivered exactly when expected. would definitely use this company again

Travelled down to the lakes to visit the store, was impressed by the range and amount of stock onsite. Tried to purchase a pair of boots but they didn’t have them in our size. Store refused to price match their sister company “outdoor clothing” who had the same boot considerably cheaper. Ordered the boots online while standing in the store and didn’t think much else of it. Few days later the boots got delivered and they were in a plastic bag and had no box. No the boots were to be a gift but they arrived like they’d been dispatched by Temu. Contacted the company who were totally useless and gave me some generic T&C’s to read. I then pointed out that this purchase did not fall under the T&C restrictions and surely this wasn’t an acceptable presentation to send out to a customer. I wrote a strong worded email expressing my disappointment only to be told that the boots had to be sourced from the store which I know to be a lie as the store never had any that’s why I ordered them online. Once I pointed this out to customer service they offered to send me a random shoe box. Genuinely shocked at the blasé attitude from customer service. You pay a lot of money for outdoor clothing and to be treated this way from customer service is genuinely disappointing. They don’t care and I would advise anyone making a purchase from either Gaynors or outdoor clothing to be cautious.

The best UK price and that's for the full range of sizes, not the usual clickbait super low price on an obscure size. Delivery was fast and easy to track. All in all it was a positive experience and I would be happy buying from them again

Purchased a pair of boots through this site, it was a painless process and at a good price. Delivery was responsible and quick.

Only grumble was that there is no option to exchange, so I had to purchase 2 boots and return the one I didn't want which isn't ideal. Plus one of the sets of boots came in a generic box and looked to be ex- display which wasn't indicated when purchasing. That said, it doesn't impact the product and I was still happy with it.
