Great customer service. Delighted with my purchase and the process.
The light is a quality item and straightforward to install

I love my light, but I am afraid I am still waiting for the electrician to fix it. This is the reason I have given 4 stars & not 5.

Against a backdrop of an order of 6 additional bollard lights, where the lights were not going to be available until late June and after a new deck was installed, Outdoor and Garden lighting (via Customer Services Manager - Diane) pulled out all the stops and managed to pull the delivery forward by more than a week. Thank you Diane. Very much appreciated.

There was an initial difficulty in the delivery of our item due to an incomplete address on the package. I'm not sure whose fault it was but, notwithstanding, the company made every effort to rectify the matter. They acted promptly, liaising with the delivery company and keeping me informed of progress.

Lights are good quality however one of the bulbs that I purchased at the same time did blow after only a couple of days

You had a good range at a good price. Delivery was fast and efficient. One tiny issue with one of the lights was resolved in a friendly manner and double-quick time. I would definitely recommend this company.

Delighted with the service. My outdoor lamp arrived on time for my electrician to check and install. It was delivered well wrapped and looks great up on the outside wall of my house.

Zero communication. Never reply to emails. Goods returned and no refund received. Theft. Do not use under any circumstances if you value your money.

I was looking for an unusual outdoor light to match a new front door and this is very smart looking and good quality.
Very pleased with the appearance although when lit slightly dimmer light than I’m used to due to maximum bulb wattage but not a problem.
