Very poor experience – no delivery despite payment
I placed an order on July 15, 2025 for a swing and slide set and paid €887.89 in advance. The delivery was scheduled for July 14, 2025. More than four weeks later, I still haven’t received anything.
After several inquiries, I only got contradictory answers: first I was told the delivery should already have arrived, then I was told it would come “next week.” Nothing ever happened.
Customer service is slow and unhelpful. Instead of providing clear information or a refund, they keep sending vague excuses. This is unreliable and unacceptable.
I strongly advise against ordering here if you don’t want to risk your money.
