Two stars because the infinity mat I ordered doubled in price when my PayPal payment completed. First delivery costs which , after thinking about it, accepted. But, then an additional payment for taxes was automatically added. The mat came from Alaska, through to San Francisco and to the UK., and took about three weeks. Tracking was provided, if a little slow and behind real time. It was delivered to me by Yodel, and I received delivery notification on the tracking two days after it was delivered. In fairness, the mat was as described but not happy about the doubling in price. Also, I contacted customer services after the first week,and they responded reassuringly within a few hours .

Ordered two pair of the sunglasses that fit over normal glasses and they never arrived even thou they said they had been delivered

Poor service and even worse customer service

Been over 1 month now and still no parcel. I got an email saying attempted delivery and I need to go to postoffice. No card has been put in my door to say any deliver was attempted. Won't let me check the actually tracking details. I belive this is a scam.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM AND THEY GOT ME GOOD . Ordered 1 pair of the halara jeans and waited the whole of August for them to arrive I got nothing no notifications nothing I made the payment through klarna and today they are saying the company has processesd my order 😡I didn’t receive NOTHING NOW and the website doesn’t exist when you try to contact them . Will never do this again

Ordered these bras in good faith. They were supposed to be very supportive and your boobs should not budge, however they are terrible quality, no support, stretch beyond belief, terrible shoddy finish to them extremely thin material. I reported it Klarna and they are no help just sending emails wanting videos, photos descriptions etc also now asking for proof of what I ordered but i never ever got confirmation email of the company only Klarnas email. Screams scam!!!!!!!!

If no stars was an option it would not even get 1!
Absolutely apauling service, rude and dismissive. Refusing return and refund of items that arrived far too late, are poorly manufactured and completely unusable.
Do not waste your time or money on this company they are a huge scam!

After chasing up this company for 4 weeks cheap rubbish arrived nothing like Halara jeans both with zip at the side and a cheap waistband with little stretch. I paid £19.99 a pair Legs are nothing like halara jeans just a cheap denim. Contacted them by email they say I ordered 2 pair the same colour after chech8ng with warehouse which I know I didnt and offered £2 refund. I have now read other reviews that they a more not good quality goods,they sell. PLEASE KEEP YOU MONEY AND BUY ELSE WHERE.

No stars! Scammers, ordered 2 pull on bras at £8.99 each, supposedly from USA. What a load of garbage, unfinished edges & straps, shoddy stitching and far too small, large would not fit a 10 Yr old. Oil mark on one cup. I am not huge by any means but these are a joke. I am still trying to get some recompense and have halted payments with Klarna (3 installments) what Klarna are doing associating with this company, I do not know! Their advertising is breaking trading standards too. Avoid like the plague, will update when I find out whether they will refund me. Update. Have been told it would "cost me too much to return the goods" they have offered me £2.99 compensation and said I can "give the bras to a relative"! I have halted payment with my bank,.

This company is a joke! Bought the dancing flame light, and it is total rubbish!
Have sent numerous messages to this company to ask for a refund! Not one reply!!!
Do NOT touch them with a bargepole!!!!!!

Wish I could put no stars, substandard item not fit for purpose. When I complained they offered a £2 refund when purchase cost £23 with p&p . After numerous correspondence they told me pay for items to be returned with tracking and any over expenses required only then would they give me my £2 refund.

The product, a garden wind powered ornament, arrived with no assembly instructions. It appeared a couple of elements were faulty Despite numerous requests, would not provide instructions. Said I could return it to China at my expense! Or accept £6 refund. Less than 30% of my cost!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ordered 3 bra's they are useless would not support a feather. Crap quality nothing like the advert cheap and nasty things

Fake tracking number given then after weeks of waiting I got a notification that my order was delivered through my letter box, and I hasn't been. No reply from emails.... Stay away from this company they steal your money

I ordered 3 bras which were supposed to be white - they were not. The bras took a LONG time to arrive. 1 bra was in working order, however it was not the quality described in the advert. The second bra was missing the padding from one cup and the third bra had no hooks at all on the "hook and eye" closure, rendering it totally useless. "Customer services" are incompetent, I have produced photos for them and I have been told that "all bras are usable with a little effort"!!! As for compensation, after emails back and forth for weeks, they have reached a compensation of 1/3 of the price I paid! Stay away from this company.

Ordered 3 x bras, arrived eventually wafer thin, misshapen and no way up for the job. Refused point blank to give me the legal full refund, instead offering £5 to keep them! Had to throw them away and lose my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE......

Avoid do not order from them, got a very elaborate tracking information as if the order was coming from America. Finally weeks later got confirmation order was despatched to the U.K. cleared customs etc. Order still didn’t arrive, eventually told that they despatched the order from their London warehouse and quoted the post code for it which was an Aberdeen post code. Months later goods still not received. They steal your money.

Ordered a garden ornament in April. 11 weeks later I’m still waiting for delivery. I initially contacted Outdoor Happiness and they told me the original package must be lost and apparently dispatched another item. When this one did not arrive I contacted them again asking for my money back. They told me the item was coming from America and was affected by President Trumph’s tarrifs. I have recently contacted them again asking for my money back. We shall wait and see the outcome. Desperate

Broughttl.the pack of 3 unlift bras. Poor quailty. Would not uplift anything. Worst bras i have ever seen . Bras what are shown in advert are not the ones they send. Refusing to allow to send back for refund. Offered £2 compensation. Terrible customer service.

Ordered the ladies bodysuit’s 3 pack, what an absolute joke. There is thread hanging off bits of the bodysuits and the material is absolute rubbish. If I had read the reviews before I most definitely would have not ordered, don’t waste your money

I ordered a pair of led trailer lights ,the purchase took forever to come and they blamed trump,and I'm in uk! And then I only got the left hand light,I explained that I had ordered trailer led lights meaning 2 lights as the ad said ,and they offered me £2 then £4 so now I have one light! What the hell good is that! Avoid this company like the plague terrible I wouldnt have left any stars if I could! Anyone want to buy 1 led light
