Incorrect balls sent
The wrong balls were sent for my order.. I now have to go through whatever the process is to get the balls replaced. 1st and most likely last order placed.

Great quality and condition.
I was really surprised by the quality of the balls. Even the Grade C balls still have more than 54 holes in them.

item never arrived and was returned to sender with no explanation. Disappointing as I ordered these golf balls for a golf trip and ended up having to pay full price in a pro-shop as a result..

Het spijt ons te horen dat de door u bestelde golfballen niet helemaal in de smaak zijn gevallen. Ik zie dat u bij ons de premium mix lakeballs heeft besteld, waarvan de glans van de buitenkant nog steeds op en top is. Kleine oneffenheden kunnen voor komen, evenals reclame-logo's en/of markeerstiftmarkeringen.
Mocht dit volgens u niet het geval zijn? Zou ik u dan mogen vragen een mail met foto's van de ballen te sturen naar support@out-of-bounds.nl. Dan kunnen wij de golfballen nogmaals beoordelen en eventueel in samenspraak met u zoeken naar een oplossing.

Good products and service. The ball classification system is good and if it says "A" class thats what you get. Maybe they should do a "A++" class for balls without logos?
